Suspending The Constitution and declare martial law will not prevent a Civil War.
Accepting a Supreme Court ruling by both sides is the only way to prevent a Civil War.
President Trump’s legal team has more than enough to prove their case to the Supreme Court. The House will have to select the next President.
If the left does not accept this path then this will have to happen, but not until then.
I really do not think the left will accept President Trump’s re-election since the media has lied to them for so long.
To survive as a Country we must follow the Constitution. We are a country of laws and we must give those laws an opportunity to work. Just maybe, just maybe everything will work out.

The Left thought there was fraud in 2016, the public that is.

I think we have more evidence of fraud. The were still

If we opened up new balloting in certain areas, in 20204
the other side could do it. I’m not convinced that is
we did this it would be helpful.
If a judge is presented evidence of fraud, and he makes a
determination, it gains validity.
Voting again, does not have that same validity. It looks
like voting until we like the results.

You can add another error - it is “martial” law. So that would make it twice. ;-)
I doubt it has occurred to anyone on the left that the right, before taking up arms, might well be prepared to, and are likely to, engage in a bit of civil disobedience ?
It won’t become overly serious until people start organizing tax revolts... but...
The Georgia run-off election is coming up... and they’re assuming they’ll use the same voting machines ? What happens if suddenly the machines “don’t work” ?
I can’t imagine it would be that hard to bollux them up, and I can’t imagine that they’re ready for that to happen...
I do think it is clear enough already that they have and are VASTLY underestimating how pissed off people are... and how little margin for error there is left now in the conduct in how “officialdom” acquits itself in addressing and correcting the “errors” that have been made.

Well, just have to point out that the SC will not rule on who won the election.
The Constitution makes the Members of Congress, and to an extent the state legislatures, the judge and jury of that issue.
Letting dems take control is the best way to end up in a camp.
