Agreed, poor choice of words. However it MUST be defended thru applying its own provisions. What is happening now is sedition and treason. There are provisions for that. Insurrection has remedies and the President swore an oath. Far as I’m concerned, any who dont stand and fight by all available means are complicit.
The military would not obey that order anyway,which would make Trump look even worse.

Suspending the Constitution DOES make it worthless.

I wouldn’t rule that out.
If not settled by SCOTUS, what choice do we have? The fraud will continue into the mid-terms. SCOTUS will be packed with supposedly 5 more justices. DC and Puerto Rico will have statehood and more dem congress critters. 22 million illegals will be voting in the next president. And who knows, we may have gotten rid of the electoral college.

As far as the Election I think the Supreme Court holds the card. Once the Supreme Court rules in favor of Trump the Legislature will vote.
The only way Martial Law would be declared if the people do not accept the Legislature choice.

Trump can’t run for 2 more terms if he stepped down. It’s 2 terms or 10 yrs. Like if Sleepy Joe keels over in Feb, Kamala could serve out his term but only be reelected once
They used to call that voting...Until they subverted our sacred privilege of voting. It's impossible to, "Work something out out in a reasonable way", when dealing with unreasonable deceitful people. It's what's on the menu.

If you can’t prove in court that Trump won, or otherwise that the election was irreparably harmed, then accept loss and fight to preserve the Constitution.
If you cancel the Constitution, you cancel America as we know it.
You can’t save the Constitution by suspending it.

Then speak of suppressing insurrection in accordance with the Constitution, not suspending the Constitution.

Let’s straighten out the confusion over the 2nd Amendment.
Sounds right to me.
The courts is where allegations and evidence are tested and “proved”.
The Congressmembers will want VERY strong evidence of a corrupted process before they will step in to protect the vote!
So the rulings and process of the courts, especially the SC, will be decisive to Congressmembers
Martial Law. indeed, would only be applied if a large number of people revolted against the Constitutional process.
