WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump said Thursday that he will leave the White House if the Electoral College formalizes President-Elect Joe Biden’s victory — even as he insisted such a decision would be a “mistake” — as he spent his Thanksgiving renewing baseless claims that “massive fraud” and crooked officials in battleground states caused his election defeat.
“Certainly I will. But you know that,” Trump said Thursday when asked whether he would vacate the building, allowing a peaceful transition of power in January. But Trump — taking questions for the first time since Election Day — insisted that “a lot of things” would happen between now and then that might alter the results.

Oh, I agree, Trump did win in what could have been (if legally counted) the hugest landslide in American history.
The problem is how the law is written. There is a timeline that must be followed. The evidence of mass voter fraud is there with more and more coming to light each day.
The other problem is how slow our legal system works. If Trump’s team cannot complete the legal work prior to the mandated deadlines, and those states in question just go ahead and give their electors to Biden, Biden will be President.
I see the legal process continuing until Trump has a legal victory, and this may not come until after inauguration day.
Like I said, he may leave the White House, but he may not concede until the legal process is over.
Imagine, the Supreme Court overturning the election after inauguration day.
The left will then immediately instigate CWII. Quite frankly, I’m so sick of this $hit I’m actually looking forward to the left actually starting it.

From 10 U.S. Code § 252: "Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings,he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion."
Last I checked the courts in all the states were operating openly and freely, so calling up the militia is not legally possible.

My gut tells me that if Trump prevails in one state, the other contested states will fall like dominos. SCOTUS will determine the election results invalid and per the Constitution, turn to the House to vote and elect the next President. The majority of State legislatures are red, so President Trump is re-elected. That is the way it should work. The evidence is overwhelming. I think biden and Heels are DOA....and they know it.

This. I think the purpose of the lawsuits are exactly for this reason: IF there are cases in court, the certifications in those states are not legal/cannot go forward, and therefore, by Dec. 14th, the decision becomes the responsibility/Constitutional duty of the House of Representatives.

Not to mention that there is a lot going on behind the scenes that the public doesn't know about, yet. The President has access to a lot of information that the public does not.

I was reading elsewhere that that is part of his plan. Permitting the GSA to distribute funds to the "transition" team is a trap of sorts. Once members of Biden's team accept the funds they have committed crimes. Now, the crimes that they have committed will not be investigated by the FBI or tried by the DOJ. Both of those agencies have proven themselves to be corrupt/useless. It is all related to the EO he signed in Sept. 2018.
