Told ya ll to be patient.
This is getting really serious now.
If and when..and it looks as more to when, this election gets invalidated, and it goes to the state legislatures, and we all know what the result SHOULD be, we, meaning all of us conservatives, had better be packing because they (commiecrats) will destroy everything they come in contact with.
Best scenario is State Courts refusing certification.
Allows SCOTUS not to touch it.
This is a PA court. Can they appeal and get PA supremes to overrule?
Temporary halt. Hearing on Friday.
It’s good news.
A first step.
It does not mean the case is won.
You make a very great point about the precedent of a case from one state.
A house of cards with a crooked card at the bottom topples. This fraudulent house of cards that the election is, will come racing down as soon as a few of these fraudulently placed cards are tested and investigated.
Must be fake news, I haven’t gotten an alert from FoxNews/CNN/MSNBC/ABC/CBS/NBC/PBS/NyTimes/WaPo/Pravda ...
The Cold Civil War II vestiges. Pause in unvetted illegals arriving from terrorist countries by rule of President Trump? Stopped by a judge. Overruled? Then stopped by Obama appointee judge higher up. But we don’t have months for judicial delays and bickering by political bias.
Same bias division on all our voting illegalities and fraud cases. The filthy Gretchen Whitmer administration (or Cuomo or Newsom....) have leftist state officials to thwart any vote check, then little Dem appointed or elected judges to stop honest vote count or recount, until we have to convince the SCOTUS to take the case (oooooo, scary, sounds controversial, if only we justices could escape having to do that work).
And four liberal justices (with Roberts in there) will NEVER vote to help Trump due to their personal prejudices.
Your points are well taken and yes it would be a tremendous success to win one and set a precedent.
And yes, it’s one of the funniest movies I’ve ever seen :)
Like when he starts laughing in hysteria when the tub goes through the floor :)
ciao
LOL...been burned too many times....please click for me....I’m too afraid of being disappointed again!!.....maybe I’ll be braver tomorrow
Praise God, in Sweet Jesus Name. Amen ❤❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤❤❤
Republican judge for the state Commonwealth court. Supposed to be the court for state govt and regulatory issues. Not very familiar with pa court systems.
Not acting in good faith?
Guessing this is good news
Any verification? anywhere? So far I’m coming up blank, not surprising though
This is a PA court. Can they appeal and get PA supremes to overrule?

Yes, and then on to the federal court.
Yes. Con law argument. And it is the one that some of us have been talking about that actually has some kind of chance
