Roger Stone, the longtime political veteran who has been identified as one of the progenitors of the Stop the Steal movement for election integrity in the United States, released a video explaining that he has evidence Microsoft, at the direction of Bill Gates, designed the vote counting software used to commit election fraud by Dominion Voting Systems and competing companies. Stone explained that Microsoft, at Gates’ instruction, “designed a software called Election Guard” that has “been used by Dominion, as well as Election Services, Hurt Intercivic, Clean Ballot, Election Systems and Hardware, BPro, and SmartMatic.”
“In other words, 100% of the voting machines and voting systems in this country are using the same software that Dominion has been using to switch votes,” said Stone.

Dominion Voting Systems has been repeatedly accused of using vote counting software that can switch votes if an administrator desires. Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell made these claims publicly last Thursday.
Since Powell charged Dominion with supplanting the will of the American people and stealing the election, over 100 Dominion Voting Systems employees have purged their LinkedIn accounts, and the company reneged on its promise to meet with Pennsylvania lawmakers on Friday.
“The denial by the mainstream media that there’s any evidence whatsoever is ludicrous. The evidence is overwhelming and compelling. Whether Sidney Powell, a fine attorney who isn’t given to making claims she can’t back up in court, can bring a case without the cooperation of the Central Intelligence Agency and the FBI to come clean remains to be seen.”

Sidney Powell has been rhetorically asking “so who actually designed this software” in her press conferences, teasing that it’s not actually Smartmatic and she knows the answer. The inference has so far been the CIA, but whoever it was there’s apparently something unexpected coming about where the actual algorithms originated.
Sure, and he was in cahoots with Count Chocula and the Easter Bunny.
Listening to all this crazy nonsense convinces me that it’s over, we lost.

According to this, and other similar articles, Microsoft Election Guard was just released in 2019. Lots of details there, including partnering with current voting systems vendors, and even the Department of Defense:

I’ll give this consideration when I hear it from Sidney.
Well now that would go a long way toward explaining how Microsoft stopped being an evil monopoly when Bill started kissing rat ass.

I’m wholly unconvinced this works, since it looks like not just prima facie fraud, but epic and mass prima facie fraud.
I’ll take Microsoft for $2,000.00 Alex, (may Alex rest in peace).
My point is, I don’t think the “conceal the fraud” part worked.

Roger Stone is not helping by running a story that Powell, Wood and others are not running with themselves. Election guard is open source and available here:

1. If the software was altered, there is a base version to compare it.
2. It counts votes and creates a paper trail using a encrypted means to verify the vote, although to me this creates a vulnerability in secret voting no matter how it's done.
3. This has nothingt do with the Dominion that's the heart of the electronic voting fraud.
