When configured exclusively as a ballot marking device (which is how most jurisdictions deploy it), ImageCast X does not have scanning or tabulating capabilities. Accordingly, after reviewing choices on the summary page, the voter selects when to print a paper record of their choices. The paper record lists voters’ choice(s) in each contest (rather than all options, like a traditional format ballot), and ImageCast X encodes the voter choices in a non-human readable QR code.
To cast the vote, the voter must insert the paper record into a separate scanning tabulator. The scanner most commonly used with ImageCast X is the ImageCast Precinct.
Dominion tabulators for the ICX paper records always count votes by reading the computerized QR code, NOT the human-readable text that the voter sees.

Krebs, who served as the Director for Cybersecurity Policy on Microsoft’s U.S. Government Affairs team, was appointed as the first director of the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) by President Trump in June, 2018.

So is Dominion linked to Microsoft, YES, front and backend.

Hold out faith at least until December 11. The information they are withholding is so egregious, we will be lucky if we don’t have widespread violence. 1. American Politicians and American Media/Tech worked with China and Dominion/Smartmatic (Soros)to develop “election insurance”, aka vote manipulation.
2. American Politicians colluded with China to release Coronavirus in order to force mail-in voting on an enormous scale upon unprepared states in order to subsidize the electronic vote manipulation.
3. American Politicians created hundreds of thousands of fake ballots and as a result, we had a record turnout (so much in fact, that in many places we have more votes counted than ballots printed). Do you remember the MSM and Biden’s team constantly reminding people to vote, vote, vote!? These statements were always paired with “we’re expecting a record turnout.” There was no excitement for Biden. Did he really get more votes than Obama? No way.
4. American media/tech were told unequivocally Biden would win and if they wanted a seat at the table after the election, they needed to only report as they were told, starting before the election. We are seeing 100% communist-style media in America right now and if they could, they would censor the internet just like they’re doing on social media and on TV.
5. Electronic vote manipulation was used against Romney in FL in 2012, against Bernie Sanders in the democratic primary in 2016 and 2020, and in the 2018 mid-terms.
I think it was developed at the behest of Hugo Chavez but you can be damn sure China is involved in 2020.
If Bill Gates did it, hold him accountable.

Dominion has a fifteen year history and is used in 30 states and multiple countries.
Microsoft's Election guard has a two year history and, and I was corrected onn this thread, used in two states.
That's a big difference right there.
post #42, Dominion used Microsoft SDK. SKD is Microsoft's Software Development Kit, which is commonly used in programming.
To design programs using Microsoft's software is not big deal by itself.
Sydney Powell, Rudy Giuliani, Lin Wood, and Trump's own lawyers have not mentioned Microsoft at all.
If Microsoft was involved, Stone is not doing any of Trump's lawyers any favors by bringing it before they do.
Uh..maybe because I have some sense..and do have a modicum of reason.
