She also said the software was designed in Venezuela. Are there many or any programmers in Venezuela? The system seems pretty complex looking at the manual for it. Too complex, just Gates’ style.

When has Microsoft made something that really worked?

Well, they did have to shut down in the middle of the night because all those Trump votes blew out the code so.......

If you DON’T believe that Bill has all the marbles bet on a Biden win so he can make his billions off his “waiting in the wings” Mark of Beast NWO RNA changing “vaccine”, you haven’t been paying attention to what Gates has been PUBLICLY talking about for at least since Oct 2019.

IMHO, Gates is all up in this election’s outcome for Biden.

President Trump is all that will make his dreams turn TOTALLY into career ending nightmares.

Seriously this stuff is getting into so much conspiracy I don’t know what to believe anymore and I’m afraid the Dems and Chi-coms are contributing this crap to throw us off the trail. I’m just hanging my hopes on Sydney and Rudy.

I don’t know this writer well, but Patrick Howley at National File is a great reporter. He was the one who broke the Ralf Northam blackface picture, as well as the affair with NC Senate candidate Cal Cunningham which eventually took him down.

Regarding your assertion that simply because ElectionGuard is open source software, anywhere it’s being used can be easily tracked down and the source code reviewed, is completely laughable. Your flat declaration that Dominion is in no way possibly involved with this software is equally absurd. In fact it took me all of two seconds to find a direct tie.

One thing *IS* quite clear though, you seem really interested in discrediting this thread.

Almost any laser printer, can be connected to certain types of Dominion vote machines, and used to print ballots.

Dominion *software* will not only run on Dominion machines, but also on *other vote machines.*

Dominion *software* affords some Dominion machines (and other machines) an ability to perform a surprising amount of data manipulation and preparation for statistical analysis.

That, being way beyond the necessity of keeping vote marking and vote tabulation, simple, for the sake of integrity.

You may imagine, in the modern computing world, that:

a) because computers can do it

b) people who make computer program -driven devices

c) cannot stop themselves from making complex systems

d) *because they can.*

And so, Dominion drilled down, into what were once-upon-a-time simple vote marking machines in concept and operation, and also into tabulation machines, and had made them to be feature-ridden playgrounds.

Dominion - Democracy Suite(R) EMS Results Tally & Reporting User Guide (Version: 5.11-CO::7) of May 28, 2019.

https://www.oann.com/files/UG-RTR-UserGuide-5-11-CO.pdf

There are several pages regarding “Ranked Contests” and “Ranked Choice Voting” (RCV).

Controls and features of that, are part of the software.

In the following “EXCERPT”, I am going to separate sentences of the FIRST PARAGRAPH, in order to make it easier to read and consider.

EXCERPT:

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

CHAPTER 11: RANKED CHOICE VOTING

11.1 Introduction

[FIRST PARAGRAPH]

Ranked choice voting (RCV) allows voters to rank their candidates in order of preference from first to last ranking, which is different compared to traditional forms of voting where the voter can only express equal preference for one or more candidates by marking their voting box.

This additional information that the ranking provides can be processed using different ways to declare one or more winner in a way to ensure elected candidates receive a majority of the vote.

What most of these methods have in common is that they process the results in rounds.

In the initial round only the first ranked candidates are evaluated, if any candidate achieves the majority of the votes these are elected.

Otherwise, another round starts and candidates with the lowest amount of votes are eliminated.

Those ballots get redistributed according to their subsequent rankings, and votes are evaluated to determine winners.

This process avoids the need to do run-off elections, while still ensuring candidates receive a majority of the vote.

[SECOND PARAGRAPH]

There are various forms of RCV supported in EMS and each variation has a number of settings which are managed through Ranked Profiles.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

As I look at the manual, it does seem, that DESPITE RCV not being authorized by a jurisdiction (national, state, local), RCV can certainly be enabled.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Also, I found an Excel workbook at:

https://www.sos.state.co.us/pubs/elections/VotingSystems/DVS-DemocracySuite511/requirementsMatrix.xlsx

It is the State of Colorado’s attempt to corral the complexity of the problems created - because developers and manipulators can.

and the fired Krebs was partnering with Voter Works!

21 Nov 2019: The Hill: DHS cyber agency invests in election auditing tool to secure 2020 elections
BY MAGGIE MILLER
The Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) cybersecurity agency announced Thursday it would partner with election officials and private sector groups to develop an election auditing tool that can be used to help ensure the accuracy of votes in 2020.
DHS’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is partnering with non-profit group ***VotingWorks on an open-source software tool known as Arlo, which is provided to state and local election officials for free.

According to CISA, Arlo conducts an audit of votes by selecting how many ballots and which ballots to audit and comparing the audited votes to the original count.
“Heading into 2020, we’re exploring all possible ways that we can support state and local election officials while also ensuring that Americans across the country can confidently cast their votes,” CISA Director ***Christopher Krebs said in a statement.
Krebs added that “At a time when we know foreign actors are attempting to interfere and cast doubt on our democratic processes, it’s incredibly important elections are secure, resilient, and transparent.”

Use of post-election audits have been widely recommended by experts as a major step to secure elections, particularly in the wake of attempted Russian interference in 2016.
The use of audits was a step recommended by the Senate Intelligence Committee to secure elections in volume one of its bipartisan report on Russian interference efforts in 2016...

If "We lost", then the STEAL was successful.

If your apparent desire to be resigned to defeat includes forgetting the events of Nov 3rd, please NEVER forget the synchronized tabulation stoppages in several key states. Then, trust your common sense and simple logic when the only conclusion for this activity is FRAUDULENT VOTING!!!

NEVER FORGET!!!

20 Feb: Base Read: Election Guard is Microsoft’s most important product in 2020: if it works
By Indra
Open-source software has been available since last September. However, Microsoft conducted its first real test on Tuesday, when ElectionGuard was used in a local vote in Fulton, Wisconsin...
During its first demonstration of ElectionGuard on the Aspen Security Forum last July, Microsoft discovered some user experience flaws. One big problem: voters are confused as to why they should print two sheets of paper...

As Microsoft previously announced, all major U.S. companies that are voting system manufacturers are working with us to explore ways to incorporate ElectionGuard into their systems, including transparent voting, democratic live broadcast, election systems and software, Dominion voting system, Hart InterCivic, BPro, MicroVote, Smartmatic and VotingWorks.

I didn't say "tracked" I said "compared".

Maybe I'm getting tired of every conspiracy posted here getting accepted at face value, when they don't hold up well to a five minute google search.

Election guard was introduced in 2019, and for now it is being used only in a few places in Wisconsin.

The history of the Dominion software goes back to the early 2000s and is used in 30 states.

So you make counter assertions that don't hold up to a two minute internet search? Just sayin. Your biases seem to be in the wrong direction.

this appears to say Illinois has it:

18 Nov 2019: Enigma Forensics: Tag: Election Guard
This is Part 2 in the Cook County Election Security Interview
Last week, I sat down with Cook County Clerk Karen Yarbrough and her Deputy, John Mirkovic to discuss the many cyber security changes...
VIDEO Deputy Clerk of Illinois John Mirkovic and Enigma Forensics President & CEO Lee Neubecker
The transcript of the interview follows:
Lee Neubecker: Hi, I’m here today with Karen Yarbrough, the Cook County Clerk and Recorder, her deputy, John Mirkovic is her data wizard. He’s come on my show to talk a little bit about Election Cyber Security and some other interesting topics. John, thanks for coming on today...

Lee Neubecker: So, the Clerk and I were talking a little bit about Microsoft’s open ElectionGuard and I wanted to get your take on what’s happening with that. If you could tell everyone what the platform’s about and what brought this about in terms of Microsoft’s involvement.

John Mirkovic: Yeah, we’re pretty excited about this and one reason, our vendor is participating. So, generally, this is an idea to build really the best voting machine out there or kind of establish the software and hardware standards that the government would like jurisdictions across the country to adopt to really open-source standards. So, what this is about is, as you know open-source, it’s about doing all the work on the front end, publishing your code and your set-ups and inviting the world to attack it and try and penetrate it. So, our vendor is working with this system. We are monitoring the progress. It’s moving a little slow but we’re excited that there are finally people talking about open-source in government because it’s really the most important...

Lee Neubecker: So, John has the federal government been helping get Cook County ready for the next election cycle? And if so, what has the federal government’s role been with assisting you?

John Mirkovic: Yeah, they’ve been a great partner both ***Department of Homeland Security and the ***FBI. It is a true partnership because we have adequate resources here, so we’re able to implement a lot of the cutting edge stuff that they would like to see across the country...ETC
