Either way, President Trump wins if the Supreme Court accepts the Trump team's arguments.

They won't.

I feel like it’s “Trust Sessions, there’s a secret plan” all over again here. This isn’t Perry Mason and I’m not buying that Trump has a secret plan to make a shocking announcement that turns to whole thing around, especially if the plan requires GOP drones in several states to all find a spine and do something surprising and politically risky.

I refuse to believe the president has been beating the drum for months now about election fraud & doing NOTHING about it.

theyve already demonstrated unambiguous voter fraud on a massive scale, but it doesn’t seem there is any legal mechanism to address that.....

Not seeing any evidence of a plan, I suspect Trump is pissed and rightfully so and nobody can reach him at this stage..

the attorneys will not have to force the Supreme Court into a judgment call. They'€™ll be able to demonstrate unambiguous voter fraud on a massive scale. That would be ideal as it would no longer be about throwing out ballots. It would be about counting the ballots properly. From both a public narrative and a legal perspective, forcing hand-recounts and audits rather than tossing ballots altogether is more palatable.

Maybe I misunderstand, but this seems fundamentally "off".

I don't want them to count "more carefully". A lot of those paper ballots are tainted and should not be counted, but there is no way, now, to know which paper is proper and which paper is bogus. So, counting "more carefully" is no clear solution.

Also, you can never find 100% of the bogus ballots. Maybe Joe won a state by 20,000 votes -- you find 15,000 improper ballots. Okay. Now Joe won the state by 5000 votes. But did you find them all? There is no way to tell. Trump may still have won if you missed 10,000 additional bogus ballots.

It's a tainted election and you can't trust any part of it.

The Software is still an important aspect. If you can show widespread systemic efforts at fraud across multiple states, then that is additional motivation to throw out the whole tainted election and throw this over to the state delegations.

But forcing the issue of "careful" handcounts really gets us nowhere.

Continuing with the poker analogy, it’s hard to win a card game when the other players are cheating, and neither the dealer nor the pit boss cares.

And that’s what’s going on here. Biden is pulling extra cards out of his pocket, and putting them on the table. It’s tough to overcome that sort of thing.

Trump: “I just made a full house.”
Biden: “Sorry, pal. I just found three more aces to go with the one I already have.”

The lawsuit filings are a backup channel and food for the Trump voters to stay involved and hopeful. The irregularities being alleged are commonly known for years, and easy to understand. The main channel to provide MASSIVE FRAUD through data manipulation and flooding FOUR CITIES with paper ballots, all only selecting Biden, after the counting stopped, all at the same time. The trigger for stopping the counting was the betting odds flip to Trump and tanking of the Yuan. Check the timing on these events.

I have seen again and again how Trump has laid traps for democrats to walk in and fall into the dungeon below.

No reason to believe anything different this time. Trump plays 4 dimension chess all the time, while democrats play checkers with obvious hiding ballots from GOP observers and using software developed expressly for Hugo Chavez’s election (Dominion).

Does any one recall how Romney got 0 votes in some areas while Obama got every one of the votes? Has this ever happened before even in a municipal election? Correct answer is never. But Romney just turned the other cheek. This is exactly why the swamp hates Trump so much. He does not turn the other cheek, he actually hits back harder.

Saw the end of an interview with a Trump lawyer in Georgia on OANN and he asked for volunteer lawyers to contact them - they need more lawyers.

yes

never reveal your strategy

your tactics are visible, but confuse your enemy

then break their jaw and watch their lifeless body hit the pavement

then go home and love your wife and family

I have always found it interesting that the whole time the media was going crazy about Trump’s tweets, he was quietly working away - changing environmental regulations, Justice Department rules, appointing federal judges at a breakneck pace etc. I think surfacing the voter fraud in various states is important, but it is not the main show. We shall see....

The technological path could produce the hard evidence of fraud but presenting the analog fraud data is needed to show the dense. Right now 59% of Americans believe Biden won and that has to change.
