WASHINGTON (AP) — Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley, the longest-serving Republican senator, says he is quarantining after being exposed to the coronavirus.
Grassley, 87, did not say how he was exposed. He said he would follow doctor’s orders and “immediately quarantine” and work virtually as he waits for results of a test.
“I’m feeling well and not currently experiencing any symptoms, but it’s important we all follow public health guidelines to keep each other healthy,” Grassley said in a statement.

Not only is Grassley 87 and doddering (I've been waiting for the chance to use that word), but he's also third in line for the presidency, just behind Pelosi. He's president pro tempore of the Senate.
That was my immediate reaction too.
We really do need term limits. These guys would hang on until they’re 100 years old. Once they’re in there for a couple terms, it’s nearly impossible to dislodge them.

People should not have to quarantine if they have NO symptoms. They can go about their business and wear a mask. They even let doctors and hospital workers do this. This stuff needs to stop- quit calling it a “case” when there are no symptoms!

I hope some day they get caught, but it will probably take one of them bragging or confessing about it for them to get caught.
