From our source: The US government, once they determined that this Dominion server was involved in switching votes, then the intelligence community began a search for the server and discovered that the server was in Germany. In order to get access to that server and have it available for use in a legal manner they had to have the State Department work in tandem with the Department of Justice. They had to request that the government of Germany cooperate in allowing this seizure of this server.
The appropriate documents required to affect that kind of seizure were put in place, signed off on, and it appears there was also US military support in this operation. The US military was not in the lead. But this helps explain why Esper was fired and Miller and Kash Patel were put in place — so that the military would not interfere with the operation in any way.
By getting ahold of the server they now are going to have the direct evidence of when they were instructed to stop counting. They will also discover who gave the direction to stop counting and who initiated the algorithm that started switching votes. The CIA was completely excluded from this operation.

Yes, but this report says Gohmert got it wrong. The US Military did not raid, hey were ordered to stand down. DOJ working with State is reported here to have confiscated the servers.

Gohmert specifically said he didnât know the truth before saying he read a German tweet.
Gohmert clarified the story. At the Washington MAGA event he explained he gave a speech explaining he told the president the IP addresses and what have you, but the conversation was not on a secure line. Before the President could act, the servers were grabbed by individuals who he was told were US Army and that there is little chance they will ever see the light of day.
Chris Krebs (CISA) posted on twitter the story is entirely false.
Many others have said the idea of the Arm (or any sort of delta force) breaking into a private company in Germany to secure servers was absolute lunacy.
Scytl posted on their home page that this whole story is not true and that they do not have servers in Germany.

We are all trying to digest things we see run before us.
The reason this report was posted was that many were jumping to the conclusion that a report of a *US Military Raid* was crap.
I don’t think it’s crap. I don’t think it’s fact. I don’t judge one way or the other.
What I do is take credible reports from people like Giuliani, Powell, Wood, Lt. Gen. McInerney and others, and then show that it’s plausible it went down this way but agree it was likely not a US Military raid, rather an effort to coordinate among governments.
I also think such offshore servers would be a high value critical target as reports of Dominion machines having traces of tampering wiped would lead to grabbing upstream evidence for evidence.
If servers were confiscated, this scenario is more plausible than a US Military raid.
I think that it is what Maria Baritoromo was tweeting about as well.

Either they want these for evidence....or they’re removing them to hide the evidence........so depends on if good guys or bad guys did the deed.
