Gohmert clarified the story. At the Washington MAGA event he explained he gave a speech explaining he told the president the IP addresses and what have you, but the conversation was not on a secure line. Before the President could act, the servers were grabbed by individuals who he was told were US Army and that there is little chance they will ever see the light of day.
Chris Krebs (CISA) posted on twitter the story is entirely false.
Many others have said the idea of the Arm (or any sort of delta force) breaking into a private company in Germany to secure servers was absolute lunacy.
Scytl posted on their home page that this whole story is not true and that they do not have servers in Germany.
Now you can choose to believe all of these stories make perfect sense and this is a big nothing burger... or you could believe some website like https://hardnoxandfriends.com/2020/11/15/dhs-director-caught-in-lie-on-twitter-needs-to-resign-like-bryan-ware/.

Yes, it seems looney but this thread report is not advocating such lunacy. It reports the US Military was ordered to stand down.

Scytl has ZERO credibility. I wouldn’t think of posting anything by them.
