Two ways to go.
Throw out the state as a whole - state doesn’t count in EC.
Throw out compromised counties. State still contributes to EC.
If the votes cannot be verified, they are invalid and must not be counted.
i believe the choice for electors then falls to the state legislature, if the election is deemed invalid.

Provisional ballots are likely to gain trump 30-35k votes when they are all counted.
If the supremes enforce the law and throw out all late absentee ballots. Trump will win PA.
However need more than that to get to 270
Montgomery and Delaware County PA numbers are so fraudy. Check out the difference between 2016 and 2020 in that county. Over 100,000 more. That is the difference in the election.
On a Birmingham radio show this morning a person called in and said they received a PA mail-in ballot which they had not requested.
The person said they used to live in PA but moved away in 1989. Apparently they were still on their voter rolls. They didn’t send it in but wondered if it would have been counted if they had sent it in.
This should be an interesting case. I know that courts are extremely reluctant to overturn or discard an election, but when the number of errors and the consequences of these errors are so drastic, I can’t see how they can simply ignore it. But, I wonder what other remedies there might be.
14th Amenment, laws changed arbitrarily outside the legislature to disadvantage a portion of the citizenry. Federal case, it is.

State law doesn’t have to be fair.
State law can leave discretion such as signature verification to officials and judges, but officials and judges can’t fundamentally change election law, only function within it.
PA is a special case. They won’t be able to sort out good from bad ballots are far as ballot harvesting, etc, but they can disallow the votes received after 8 o’clock, which the law clearly requires, and those have been segregated.
Disallowing those will give Trump the win, without having to sort out that mess. It get a fair and correct result easily.

it would apply everywhere, and its my hope that what will come of this is REAL nationwide election reform, like we SHOULD of had after the 2000 election.
Our mish-mash patchwork system is NUTS! and the whole process needs to be standardized across the entire US.
You have to get SCOTUS to invalidate one state and then there is precedent for disqualifying other precincts where poll watchers were NOT allowed to observe.
Trump should be beating the drum WHEN (I am confident it will happen) that there should be a run-off election in these precincts with observers present. How can Biden say no to this? The media will scream bloody murder, but if he really won the election and really got these votes what does he have to fear?
Outside of this, there can be no confidence in the election by Trump voters. In fact, the longer this drags out the more moderates are going to wonder what happened.
How can you shut down the count and take a lid (like Biden) and all of a sudden you dump over 100,000 votes into the tally WITH NO OBSERVERS? In fact, Philly almost single-handily erased a 600,000 vote lead like magic.
In a sane world they would interview the poll workers and have them sign a 1001 (lying) statement up front. If they lie they can be charged - if they don’t lie they will not be charged.
Get a full statement from each of them regarding the providence of these specific votes - where did they come from and from whom. What were their instructions from election supervisors?
