On Monday, the campaign to reelect President Donald Trump filed a mammoth lawsuit accusing Pennsylvania Secretary Kathy Boockvar and county elections boards throughout the state of violating the U.S. Constitution by unilaterally revising the law in a manner that deprives some voters of their rights to a free and fair election.
“In a rush to count mail ballots and ensure Democrat Joe Biden is elected, Pennsylvania has created an illegal two-tiered voting system for the 2020 General Election, devaluing in-person votes,” the lawsuit alleges.
“For voters that appeared at the polls, those citizens were required to sign voter registrations, have those signatures checked against voter rolls, vote in a polling place monitored by statutorily-authorized poll observers, and have their votes counted in a transparent and verifiable open and observed manner. By contrast, due to the arbitrary, unauthorized, and standardless actions of the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Kathy Boockvar, nearly 2.65 million votes were cast through a ‘mail-in’ process that lacked all of the hallmarks of transparency and verifiability that were present for in-person voters,” the suit claims.

If voters know that their votes don't count if their county election officials don't follow the law...THEY WILL ENSURE THAT THEIR OFFICIALS FOLLOW THE LAW.
Instead of playing whack-a-mole every 2 years, the Republican party can leave it up to the local residents to keep the cheaters in line.
I disagree. If all parties are following the law, all ballots must be considered to be legitimate. If one of the parties violates the agreed upon rules, any POTENTIALLY affected ballots must be considered ILLEGITIMATE.
If there is a way to de-legitimize some of the ballots in a county then do that. If there is no way to segregate a portion of the ballots in a county then they must all be considered illegitimate.
Going forward this will put the onus on the people in a county to ensure that their election officials follow the rules.

it would apply everywhere, and its my hope that what will come of this is REAL nationwide election reform, like we SHOULD of had after the 2000 election.
Our mish-mash patchwork system is NUTS! and the whole process needs to be standardized across the entire US.
You have to get SCOTUS to invalidate one state and then there is precedent for disqualifying other precincts where poll watchers were NOT allowed to observe.
Trump should be beating the drum WHEN (I am confident it will happen) that there should be a run-off election in these precincts with observers present. How can Biden say no to this? The media will scream bloody murder, but if he really won the election and really got these votes what does he have to fear?
Outside of this, there can be no confidence in the election by Trump voters. In fact, the longer this drags out the more moderates are going to wonder what happened.
How can you shut down the count and take a lid (like Biden) and all of a sudden you dump over 100,000 votes into the tally WITH NO OBSERVERS? In fact, Philly almost single-handily erased a 600,000 vote lead like magic.
In a sane world they would interview the poll workers and have them sign a 1001 (lying) statement up front. If they lie they can be charged - if they don’t lie they will not be charged.
Get a full statement from each of them regarding the providence of these specific votes - where did they come from and from whom. What were their instructions from election supervisors?
From what I understand, Article II of your Constitution assigns the authority to award Electoral Votes soley to each State Legislature.
They vote for electoral laws to govern that process. But if that State’s electoral laws are not followed (due to election fraud) then the State Legislature have the right or duty to litigate and take back the right to award the EV.
It seems that PA is doing something very like this.
LEFTIES: “There is a public health crisis which compromises things and so you cannot expect people to put their lives at risk and this mail-in balloting was made known to everyone months ago.” - some BS like that will be the argument for the other side.
Will MI and WI (and perhaps GA) legislatures follow suit?
And who would disagree to that at this point?

Your grammar is off. The proper way of phrasing a counter-factual proposition is to use the subjunctive in the following manner:

It is possible that they will manage to do so on the strength of estrogen and progesterone, but don’t count on it.
It would be cool to have Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas take the lead in destroying the Democrat Fraud Machine’s attempt to steal the Presidency from the man who won the election, Trump.

I heard it explained (during a conversation by Vodka and Guiliani) that the equal protection argument is a surer bet given the time constraints. The inequity is manifest.
Computer fraud would require an extensive investigation (which ought to be done afterwards and guilty parties made to pay)
If in-person votes had the higher standard for validation, then mail-in votes should be disqualified.
In my opinion, cheaters should not get a do-over, because that is no penalty at all. It puts them right back where they where before they cheated.
If there is no penalty, then there is no deterrence for them to do it again. But there is a chance they will get away with it next time.

Maybe, but that is risky. It disqualifies votes for both sides. The cheater could use a strategy of spoiling vote pools that favor their opponent.
