it would apply everywhere, and its my hope that what will come of this is REAL nationwide election reform, like we SHOULD of had after the 2000 election.

Our mish-mash patchwork system is NUTS! and the whole process needs to be standardized across the entire US.

It is kind of nuts, but it's also our greatest protection. The variety of voting systems makes it difficult for any one person or group to manipulate the results.

It will be interesting to see if anything comes from an investigation into the electronic vote tallies (like here in Georgia, where we are beginning a statewide hand-recount) but, for the moment, mail-in ballots seem to be the hot spot for fraud.
