Finally, contrary to the in-person voting that is open and transparent to the parties and the candidates, Defendants permitted the review and counting of mail-in ballots largely in secret with no monitoring.”

Okay, let’s say the Safe Harbor day in December arrives and the votes are still in either dispute or being adjudicated. What happens then? Does that mean NO electoral votes from the state in question when the electoral votes are counted on Dec. 14?
LEFTIES: “There is a public health crisis which compromises things and so you cannot expect people to put their lives at risk and this mail-in balloting was made known to everyone months ago.” - some BS like that will be the argument for the other side.
I am not sure who these ballots were mailed to in PA, but they were not requested, please correct me if I am wrong.
