With the US presidential election just days away, incumbent President Donald Trump has many ardent, fervent and zealous supporters, most prominent among them Christian Evangelicals and working-class whites, who he is hoping will sweep him to victory.
But another group which, although a good deal smaller, is also passionate and outspoken in its support for Trump is Orthodox Jews, both ultra-Orthodox (haredi) as well as substantial segments of the modern-Orthodox community.

Has any president every demonstrated such great support for Israel? Not to suggest that Orthodox Jews would be “single issue” voters on the issues of policies relating to Israel.
However, it certainly doesn’t hurt his standing among devout Jews that he has shown such support for Israel, put it that way.
We could ask a related question, why is it that so many Jews vote strongly Democrat?????

Because orthodox Jews realize that the far left hates them with a passion and has put them onto trains and into ovens in the past?
Because Trump believes in religious liberty and the Left doesn’t.

AFAIK, orthodox Jews have always voted Conservatively. Only problem for US elections, the orthodox are only a minority of Jewish voters.
More reform “jews” are beholden to the worshiping of ‘Rats.
I know one reform jew that bucks this generality: yours truly. I probably have more orthodox jew friends than reform ones.
Because Orthodox Jews usually vote Republican. Watch any Chabad Telethon they LOVE Trump..American Jews on the other hand, they dont have a real connection to Israel so they could care less what happens to Israel, their main priority, abortion and “Social issues”

The Left also loves the Palestainians too, and they were the ones who blew a gasket when DJT recognized Jerusalem as capital of Israel.
The leftists Jews are more Communist/Mercantile than Jewish and they all seem to hate the Orthodox with a passion. Maybe because their mere existence is a constant reminder how they are not really keeping to the Jewish faith/heritage.
As for my personal views, I support Israel over any of the other countries in the middle east, however, I think we should not be spending blood nor treasure to fight any of Israel’s conflicts. We should of course trade with Israel of course and sell them weapons as long as they pay market value. Israel is smart and they have proven in the past they can hold their own, I think we should cut the apron strings since at this point our money we send there is more of a hindrance and a leash that Democrat lawmakers can used to pull them back if they try to defend themselves from the previously mentioned Palestainians or other backwards arab nation.
Because he delivers for them and shows them respect by doing so. Period.
That’s what I have never understood...
I always thought that Jews possessed above-average intelligence.
I always thought that Jews cared deeply about financial success.
I always thought that Jews cared deeply about religious freedom.
So how could so many of them support the Democrat party?

Because they know the prerequisite for holocaust is socialism.

Close. Because Trump believes in liberty and the Left doesn’t. Liberty includes running your business in accordance with your moral beliefs and educating your children in accordance with your moral beliefs.
This allows religious and ethnic minorities to pass their beliefs and culture along to their children without the government sticking it's nose in.
Liberals believe they should control... well... everything but they really love it when they can force you to violate your beliefs. Just because. It is a fricking power trip.
Trump thinks he has enough to do and you can run your life just fine.
