The 0 strong approval gap is the first in a long long time. The trend is positive here. The Soros trolls who posted Rasmussen a couple of weeks ago are no where to be found.
I find it hard to believe a president with a 52% approval rating is behind in the poll. It simply doesn’t make sense.
I can’t remember a zero strong approval gap. This is great news with only a few days left.

If you ignore polls completely, and just look at real indicators, what does your gut tell you?
Are Democrats excited about their ticket? No.
Are they drawing huge crowds? No.
Has President Trump disappointed his base? No.
The American people will not “change horses in midstream” without a very good reason.
Jimmy Carter’s loss to Ronald Reagan in 1980 is the ONLY time in modern history that an incumbent POTUS lost his re-election bid in a two-way challenge.
Is President Trump anything like Jimmy Carter? No!
Is Joe Biden anything like Ronald Reagan? No!
There is no way on Earth that President Trump will not win re-election decisively in 6 days - the polls be damned.
I'm expecting something this weekend, for sure.
We always look for the straws in the wind. In 2008 we were grasping at things like a proto-Walkaway group, which I think was called the Panthers as bein a factor that might drag McCain’s sorry ass across the line. In 2016 we we’re looking at things like relative rally attendance in Florida and lawn sign preponderance. This year the straws in the wind are a blizzard: there’s this approval stat, rally attendance, increased registrations, strong early voting for the GOP, and a ton of other stuff. We can only hope, and I think with good cause, that the straws bury Biden. Remain vigilant, push with all our might, but all the straws are suggesting victory
I would trust his polls more if the details/tabs were available for free to see.

It will be a test of Rasmussen’s accuracy, as it will be for all other pollsters.
While it doesn’t necessarily follow that a person will vote for someone whose job they approve of, there is no doubt a high correlation between the two. So in all likelihood Trump will win if Rasmussen is accurate.
Calling it like it is.
