The latest results ("White House Watch: Trump 48%, Biden 47% - Demographic Details") from Rasmussen Reports are now available.

It’s neck-and-neck, with President Trump just barely ahead in Rasmussen Reports’ first daily White House Watch survey. The latest national telephone and online survey finds Trump edging Democrat Joe Biden 48% to 47% among Likely U.S. Voters. Three percent (3%) prefer some other candidate, while two percent (2%) remain undecided. Last Wednesday, Biden held a 49% to 46% lead, but the race has been tightening since early in the month. This is the first time Trump has been ahead since mid

It's gotta be enough to overcome the fraud machine in selected swing states.

How do we know how much is needed to overcome fraud? I have no idea, myself. Certainly it's a finite, measurable percentage in the states involved, but I couldn't speak to it. I can only mention it as a variable that's gotta be accounted for.

Michigan with their crazy bitch governor, Pennsylvania with the corrupt Philly machine are the two that first come to my mind. Certainly others.

well I think Trump has invested heavily and and they worked much more efficiently with a ground game because of enthusiasm and the Democrats my only great concern is cheating which is different

Yep, real poll is probably close to 10 point gap nationally.

I hope everyone realizes that we are supposed to average the apples and oranges of polls to come up with crazy as bananas polls, also known as the RCP poll. Biden is still up 8.3 percent.

That would be icing on the cake to win some western states but Oregon hasn’t been close in a presidential race for a long time.

The only thing that troubles me this election is the idiocy of so much of the electorate. I fear that people will be desperate to show they’re “not racist” due to George Floyd that they will vote for Harris to “prove” it one more time.

People are just that dumb. I hope many have moved beyond it.

Thank you for not joining in and crapping all over this bit of good news. I don’t know what is wrong with people sometimes.

I don’t trust this polling firm this year. Just 2 weeks ago they had Trump down by double digits.????

Vote!
Even in Democratic states! We need to win the popular vote so the Dems have no arguments.
We also need to vote the lower offices. In many ways, these affect your life even more.
Remember - pres. Coolidge started his political carrier with school board!

Four point swing in five days, plus Trump leading or at least tied. If the voter fraud can be limited to some degree, Biden is toast.

13 point swing in a little over 2 weeks? Doubtful.

No one, not even the DEMs, believed Biden was leading by 13 points. If they had kept the manufactured spread at 4-5 points, it would have been more believable (even if still wrong).

Heard a guy on Dan Bongino's podcast from the Trafalgar Group poling and if the election were held today Trump would get to 270...that was his assessment. That is all that matters. Looking great in Arizona, Wi, Florida, Michigan and real good chance in Minn and NH. Trafalgar was the one who got the race right in 2016. His assessment was Trump is looking at a bigger win than 2016. Biden is fading and this seems to be accelerating. I think this week Dems start to worry about keeping the House. Also this fantasy about taking the Senate. The Trafalgar guy said "very unlikely".

I trolled my Facebook feed this AM...posted the "Surrender Dorothy" pic. Sent a few of my liberal friends into a conniption. They know what is coming. Humiliation. Begins today with ACB confirmation.

Anyone that's been Freeping for any amount of time knows that almost every poll makes the democrat look way better than they're really doing. At the end, they almost always tighten up like this. This tightening up is done to make the pollsters look more reliable.

I don't have the data handy to back this up, but it seems to me that with eight days left, this is earlier than they usually get more honest. It just makes me think that there's more of this to come, and they know Trump is going to win easily.

So ... Trump won 306 electoral votes when Hillary won the popular vote by 2.6%.

So this is great news!

We need to win the popular vote so the Dems have no arguments.

No! We need to just take that argument off the table.

We have 51 separate elections that determine how the electoral votes will go. Combining them together is like saying the Yankees won the 1960 World Series because they outscored the Pirates 55-27.

The Pirates won 4 out of 7 games and took the World Series despite being outscored 2:1 on runs.

If we cheer over Trump winning the "national" popular vote, then we are only validating the argument that the popular vote means something.

It means nothing.
