I used to be a telephone pollster until last December, and I can tell you it absolutely DOES NOT work that way.
Trump and Biden votes BOTH get counted towards the survey results, and they couldn’t care less WHY you’re voting one way or the other; just which candidate you’re voting for. We NEVER asked someone why, but rather try to move the survey along if they insist on telling us why.
You clearly have no idea how political telephone polling works.

That being said, I do not like the trend. One would have to be a fool or a liar to think Trump is down double digits, but I do not like the trend.
Today Frank Luntz said if there are no more debates, Biden will be the next president.
Not good, but also not totally inconceivable that we’d see some movement post-debate..

Trump has pulled ads out of MN (or $5 million) out of MN too. Also out of WI and put them into FL and GA. Let that sink in to your narrative

its not good regardless of what people are saying there has been a huge shift toward Biden since the debates.
Ok so let’s face it, what he said is is not as bad but Trump is losing.
So many things, like going to a debate and never talking directly to the viewers. The president has been badly advised.
Can you even believe no one told him to address the voters, not to just argue with Biden and Wallace?
And after the debate, spokespeople should have been on every channel hammering awful things and lies said by Biden. But they didn’t.

THIS times ten. He’s the President and needed to talk more about HIS record, and say that HE would be the best to get us back to work, and talk more about CHINA BIDEN and his decades in DC sending jobs over seas but make sure he talked about why he should be kept in the job.

It’s not. I’m not saying Biden is this far ahead, but there has been a big shift in most polls toward Biden since the debate.
There is a few weeks left but the message needs to be still focused on borders, law, and most important ECONOMY. The media as successfully made Covid a boogie monster and made POTUS responsible for it spreading. Ridiculous but effective propaganda.

I don’t buy it based on the battleground state polls that haven’t really changed. In fact, some have improved for Trump.
