So, how was your weekend?
The news of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s passing on Friday certainly ratcheted up the 2020 crazy by several orders of magnitude, didn’t it?
I was heading out to meet some friends when I saw the news on Twitter and my first thought was, “This might be the last time I can get out and have fun before ‘peaceful protests’ begin again.” The lefties wasted little time in confirming my suspicion that RBG’s death was going to do the seemingly impossible: make them even more unhinged.
The civil unrest that we’ve been dealing with since May got out of hand because it was being aided and abetted by elected Democratic officials in each of the riot cities. Democrats were perfectly OK with looking the other way and pretending that the riots weren’t happening. It wasn’t until last week that Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi got around to condemning the violence, and that was only after new polling revealed that voter sentiment in the riot zones was shifting to Trump.
D.C. Democrats are already caterwauling about what they will do if the Senate votes to replace Ginsburg before the election and they happen to win control of the White House and Senate in November.

The way things look I may be using my lever action 44-40 rifle if things get hot. Now, at my age I need a new pair of eyes to aim it.
People would call me a liar if I was to fess up to what I’m sitting on. Heck I’m still selling some to friends and family.
Reloading supplies are scarce as well now.
Got a question...If things get “hot” and the fireworks start, if I use my WOLF ammo would that be considered a “Russia Connection?”
Get an optic mounting solution and a modern optic to resolve that.
Using an AK pattern rifle while not BLM/AF is probably considered a Russia Connection. :P No matter where the AK was made.

I am getting 1000 rounds delivered today from Bulkmunitions.com, but I wish I had seen this before I ordered. I am getting PMC 55 gr for basically the same price.
I won’t get nervous till i get down to my 5000 .22 longs.
Hate to be that guy, but the last round of rioting wasn’t exactly all that widespread outside of blue cities, and all of the people bragging publicly about all of the ammo they have didnt exactly do much with it.
So you will have to excuse me if I dont buy there is going to be armies of people shooting out in the streets over a SCOTUS pick.

That said, there are still some Dallas Walmarts selling through their pistol ammo, and there’s *still* plenty of ammo for my Saiga 12...

When his executive order required a mandatory 10-year prison sentence for vandalising the statues, suddenly the vandalism stopped.
When he has a solid majority on the Supreme Court (and can neutralise Roberts' stupid behaviour), he'll have a free hand to suppress the Democrats' anti-American (but I repeat myself) riots--but he'll probably come up with a more sophisticated method, like maybe a 10-year prison sentence.
The Left are cowards, they will prefer middle of the night anonymous rioting and property destruction in Blue cities where they are protected and safe from prosecution.
As well as most EBR ammo.
Yeah, when facing a riot, FMJ may be better than JHP because you WANT overpenetration.
