Vulnerable women make for vulnerable children. Get married, get settled, have kids. There is no better formula for children.

The Villager and the Snake
By: Aesop
A Villager, one frosty day in the depth of winter, found a snake under a hedge almost dead with the cold. Having pity on the poor creature, he brought it home, and laid it on the hearth near the fire.
Revived by the heat, it reared itself up, and with dreadful hissings flew at the wife and children of its benefactor.
The man, hearing their cries, rushed in, and with a mattock, which he brought in his hand, soon cut the Snake in pieces. Vile Wretch! said he; is this the reward you make to him who saved your life? Die, as you deserve; but a single death is too good for you.

Someone said my running a background check on my dates was excessive. I thought it was a simple precaution.
Really, ladies and gents, it can keep you from having a nasty surprise. Usually not as nasty as this but finding out that someone has a suspended license for DWI is vital information before you get in the car with them.

If they don’t kill him, he might enjoy being in the Black Dolphin prison for the rest of his life.

Sounds like there could be a market for a dating app that performs background checks on their clientele.

how could she be so stupid to befreind some one online and have them move in 6 months later? Too many people just don’t think clearly - just gotta have a man (or woman) in their life and they sacrifice their kids best interest (in this case literally) so very sad for the girls. I pray they are resting in peace with Jesus.

Say what we want about Putin — and he is an evil leader — Russia will not F around with this one. No bail reform, no Yaroslavl Freedom Fund. Just hopefully a quick trip up the rope in a suitable public area.

I disagree with the headline “Nurse who fell in love with child rapist”. She didn’t know this guy enough to “fall in love.” She gambled with her life and her daughters’ lives and “fell in lust”, not love.

Wheb my sister-in-law got divorced from her second husband, she had a seven year old daughter. The day she threw her husband out she went out partying. I told her that you have a 7 year old daughter and she is your priority. She said to me and I quote “what about my needs”? By needs what she meant was getting laid frequently.
Anyway there were a parade of men through her house sprinkled in between husbands 3 and 4. Her daughter is as screwed up as you would expect. She’s practically a psychopathic clone of her mother. I expect her two-year-old daughter, illegitimate of course, to grow exactly as screwed up as she is. And I think that child’s risk of molestation from one of the various men going through her life is probably significant.
It’s just nauseating. And it has been the whole time. Frankly I’m just amazed that her daughter didn’t get raped by one of these men.
