-Regarding Jacobson v. Massachusetts, I'm not an attorney nor do I play one on TV. But, I'd note that the Case Fatality Rate for smallpox ranges from 3%-30% vs the CDC estimate of 0.4% for COVID19. Thus, while this SCOTUS ruling provides for the Constitutionality of forced vaxxing in "the presence of a dangerous disease" like smallpox, it may be that COVID19 isn't "dangerous" enough to compel Constitutional forced-vaxxing.
-the quoted Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is an anti-vaxxer and the son of RFK. He's also been publicly shunned by his family so he might be doing something right.
-I don't think they'll start with universal forced vaxxing. More likely, first they'll come for the kids (mandatory vaccines if you want Johnny to go to school), then they'll come for the healthcare workers, then they'll come for you and me.

Spot on and I’ll add all Educators and State employees to that mix.
What is the public health issue? A “pandemic“ that has killed around 10,000 people in a country of 330,000,000? If you are in a high risk group, this might be good. As for me, I’ve survived plenty of flus and colds, don’t really see any reason to give in to the uninformed panic.

That’s been a thing for years in some states.
People who believe the vaccine is needed to protect them can get a vaccine. Those who are not vaccinated are not a threat to those who are vaccinated.
Some of the vaccines are derived from fetal tissue, which is another issue that can raise a religious objection.
I am disinclined until I know the safety and efficacy, of said vaccine.
I think the bigger question should be, “Do those that try forcing this upon us, and those actually doing the vaccinations become legitimate targets?”
Absolutely not.
Not for something that is a bit worse than the flu but not as bad as Tuberculosis or certainly the Black Plague.
And I sure as hell don’t want something that’s been rushed through the process.
Not for my son, or even me who is suffering ENOUGH medical problems now, as it is!
