The “out” is scientific evidence that it is not a good personal medical decision.
That is an easy hurdle. Most vaccines carry a risk of adverse reaction. Something I es devastating. Just look at the recent vaccine caused polio cases in Africa.
A modern vaccine crippled many kids. It was in the news within. The last 2 weeks.
No dr or scientist can state that a covid vaccine (any vaccine) is without risk to individuals. They can only argue the population benefits. (Btw flu vaccines are only @50% effective at preventing the flu.)
Every case taken to resist this vaccine should win.

I would much rather see HCQ over the counter, than a mandated vaccine.
Healthcare is an individual decision.
Oh- if you believe the vaccine is 100% safe , you probably still believe “just 15 days to flatten the curve” was the full extent of the initial plan too.
