During her speech Monday night, Haley also lambasted Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden for his “record of weakness and failure.”
“Joe Biden is a very good guy. I know him, I mean he’s just as nice as they come,” Haley told “Fox & Friends” on Tuesday. “But that's just the problem.”

“We saw what happens when you try and be nice at the United Nations,” she continued. “Basically everybody was running over America when Obama and Biden were in there.”
She went on to say that Biden is “weak on foreign policy, he wants to raise taxes, which is going to hurt 82% of Americans if we go through what he’s doing, they want to put all these regulations down on small businesses.”
“I mean, truly it would be a disaster to see a Biden-Harris presidency,” Haley said.

I disagree, moreso than any other election, it’s about the Party Brand, as a whole, and not just the candidates.
We all know Biden, if god-forbid, he wins, won’t be in charge, you might as well have Bernie as President, because the DNC will put their people in place.
Trump’s legacy, as it turns out, is to create a new, re-invigorated GOP, that his ditched the deadwood from the past. It’s still a work in progress, but by 2024, we should have the new generation of GOP Leadership firmly in place.
There does seem to be a focus on purity on this site sometimes. I know this is a strongly conservative site. But for various reasons, there aren’t enough staunch conservatives to win elections without support from more moderate voters.
And if a Nikki Haley can appeal to some of those more moderate voters, “soccer moms”, or other such groups, it’s all good in my opinion.
I did not see her name on the ticket. I thought the ticket is Trump/Pence. You really do not want to drive away Trump supporters because they are not pure match with your agenda do you?

Interesting. When I look up Nikki Haley polling, I see her being pushed by Newsweak, Axios, and Politico.
I don’t understand your reasoning. In a binary choice in a general election, you would have preferred to have voted for Obama, instead of McCain?

I believe that politicians can evolve (just as do we voters), and if Nikki Haley is back in the boat, that's fine with me.
Of course, I do recall some GOPers playing to the home crowd just before elections then racing to RINOville minutes after the election (McCain comes to mind) but I suspect that Nikki can come through long term.
She could be quite an asset to a second Trump admin.
My hopeful/wishful observations, and welcome to them.

The GOPe is obviously positioning herself for 2024.
Fortunately she is not on the ticket and proved to be a useful tool for the current ticket by making a good speech.
And think of all the workers that were immigrants and/or guest workers he has hired over the years.

He does nothing but make things better in any way he can....
