After many years of bitter experience, I’ve learned to expect the worst from our political class, and to expect that they will cover for each other’s misdeeds. Odds are Brennan will never be charged with anything.

It’s delusional to think Brennan will face perjury charges, that would take this low energy investigation deciding to prosecute him. A DC judge to rule against him repeatedly, and a DC jury to not have a single not guilty vote.

There’s nothing “puzzling” about it, Joe. Why would Brennan spend even eight seconds — let alone eight hours — speaking with a DOJ prosecutor if there was any chance in hell he’d be charged with any crimes?
Article is just speculation, optimistic expectations beat gloom and doom.
Given the DoJ’s penchant for covering up its own misconduct, our best hope it that they will sacrifice Brennan. Brennan will of course threaten to tell on the DoJ/FBI if he is touched. A public Brennan/DoJ pissing match would be very useful.

Brennan is not going to squeal on the Kenyan from Indonesia.
He was instrumental in getting rid of inconvenient documents and people to clear the way for the usurpation.

Everyone is missing what’s happening here. Brennan’s aide says he’s not a suspect. And aide! You didn’t hear that from Brennan’s mouth. Brennan and his people are proven serial liars. They are setting the stage for a political out.

Where are the indictments on Sroke, Page, McCabe, Comey? At a minimum, those should be indicted before Brennan, unless it is some kind of RICO where they all must be announced at the same time.
