LOL, Barr already said Obama and Biden will not face charges. So who’s he gonna squeal on?
It’s delusional to think Brennan will face perjury charges, that would take this low energy investigation deciding to prosecute him. A DC judge to rule against him repeatedly, and a DC jury to not have a single not guilty vote.

No chance... unless you follow Q.

How can he say that if the investigation isn't finished?

So you're saying there's a chance.

Excellent.

Tell the rest of these sob sisters.

Per the article, Brennan was interviewed by Durham at CIA headquarters in Langley, VA. If Brennan perjured himself, he will be in the Eastern District Court of VA, not DC.

As I understand it, Brennan was questioned in Virginia and, if charged with anything, he would be prosecuted in VA and not in DC.

Except they interviewed Brennan in Virginia.

The interview was done at CIA Headquarters. This puts venue for any perjury charges in the Eastern District of Virginia, not DC. That means lots of military, especially Navy people, active and retired, who see lying in government and in the chain of command as a serious wrong that can cost lives.

The interview was conducted in Langley VA for a reason: It falls OUTSIDE of the DC court system - making any jury pool a lot different.

The former prosecutor’s article yesterday about this said it was interesting it was done at CIA headquarters in Langley, VA - because that means it was NOT done at FBI or DOJ in DC, i.e., would NOT be DC Court and DC jurors but EDVA.

In other words - NOT DC Jurisdiction - on purpose.
