As the Minutes Pass It’s Clear John Brennan Is In a World of Trouble – Friday’s ‘Interview’ Must Have Been Devastating
Gateway Pundit ^ | August 23, 2020 | Joe Hoft

John Brennan claims he’s not the subject of a criminal investigation and John Durham told him so. However, it’s more likely Brennan committed perjury numerous times in their eight hour get-together on Friday.

As we reported yesterday, John Brennan is the king of corrupt spin. It looks like all things related to the Trump – Russia collusion fairy tale go back to Brennan. The interactions between the US and foreign entities most likely involved the CIA and lead back to Brennan. It’s all Brennan. This is why it’s puzzling when you hear the word on the street that Brennan is not the subject of the Durham investigation.

Where are the indictments on Sroke, Page, McCabe, Comey? At a minimum, those should be indicted before Brennan, unless it is some kind of RICO where they all must be announced at the same time.

Let’s talk Clinesmith - he put it all in writing - they had him dead to right.

His plea calls for ZERO to six months in prison, and sentencing was intentionally moved until after the Election.

They are all voluntary interviews, and good DC Lawyers don’t do Interviews that risk their clients.

I agree with you entirely but this article is based on nothing.

“So if you’re told you’re “not under investigation” you can lie to investigators?”

I saw what you did there. The Supreme Court has already ruled that it is OK to lie to suspects. ;-)

And Yates.

Yates lied to Congress.

These are easy indictments, but they’re not interested.

Run out the Clock on Trump Presidency, the same thing they did by protecting Biden and his boy.

I would bet a week’s pay that Clinesmith knew/knows a lot and provided a truckload of information to Durham regarding the higher-ups in his investigation.

I'm really enjoying your surrender porn, Soprano.

Tell the one where we're all gonna die from the rona.

That's even funnier.

“...he would be prosecuted in VA and not in DC...”

What the hell is the difference anymore?

I swear, the man looks like he's always painfully constipated and pizzed off at life in general, to boot. A high colonic would probably do him a world of good.

I saw the headline and I thought “Oh this could be something”...

and then I saw it was on Gateway Pundit and I realized it was total BS.

And ten years from now you’ll still be waiting.

Related to the ongoing drama show, Jim Jordan has taken the place of Trey Gowdy and Darrell Isa in the all hat and no cattle gang. Outrage large, promises many, delivery none.

The typical process of interviewing people who are "people of interest" (suspects, in other words) in an investigation is to interview the big fish last after getting the real story from the little fish first. Somebody may have "flipped" and started cooperating to save their own hides.

Durham already knows the answers to the questions that he and/or his investigators asked Brennan in his eight hour interrogation. They're trying to confirm from the suspect directly or catch him in a lie before they indict or not.

And since AG Barr claims Durham is getting close to the end of the investigation, I believe that Brennan, contrary to his spokesperson's claims, is deep trouble.

The interview was conducted in Langley VA for a reason: It falls OUTSIDE of the DC court system - making any jury pool a lot different.

Because the noise will be so loud, that short of high level leaders doing perp walks, nothing will come of it.

Any day now.
I distinctly recall hearing Barr say, only a month ago, “one standard of justice for everyone and enforcing the law even-handedly, without partisan considerations.”

Barr admitted what happens with the Investigation depends on who wins the Election.

Not really what the Founding Fathers had in mind.

If they were working under POTUS orders, all involved are legally exonerated.
