Students at Syracuse University who see or hear those situations from which arise claims of "bias-motivated" speech, or worse, are being told they could be punished if they don't get involved.
The situation was profiled by Jonathan Turley, the famed Georgetown University law professor whose positions often align with progressive interests.
He noted that students were told recently that, "The Cody of Student conduct has been revised, based on your input, to state that violations of the code that are bias-motivated including conduct motivated by racism will be punished more severely. The university also revised the code to make clear when bystanders and accomplices can be held accountable. The code will be prepared and distributed for students to sign in the fall."

Sherlock Holmes: “I draw your attention to the dog that barked in the night.”
Watson: “But Holmes, the dog did not bark.”
Holmes: “Exactly Watson, and the dog’s refusal to be involved tells me that he is the guilty one.”

I’m Dindu’s brotha’ Dinsee. We’re the Nuffinz fambly!
“Professor”, “University”.....nough said.
Two points, please.
1. What is conduct motivated by racism? Noice how vague that is. They’re not talking about overt racist behavior. Theyre talking about conduct motivated by what they think is in your head. Thats VERY Stalinist. And very hard to refute. So the purges will accelerate.
2. This bystander-is-guilty idea is nothing new. Awhile back I was reading about a BLM group who said silence is violence. So just saying nothing is a violent act directed towards them.
So, you can be guilty just because you happen to be nearby.
More changes coming!
Comrade. You were not cheering enthusiastically enough.
Comrade. Your silence betrays your racist heart!
Comrade. You must donate to the Democrat Party! Only racists refuse to donate!

Yup. Seen that sign a time or two. And “What other choice did they have!” Uh, X friggin scuse me?
What the hell is that? Anything from Syracuse University needs to be ignored. Perhaps people need to stop hiring people from schools like this. Idiot students and their parents go into debt to go to Syracuse. That in itself is disqualification from the work world. It shows absolute financial stupidity.
