Is Kamala Harris a natural born citizen?
It is no secret that Harris wants to be Joe Biden's vice president. The junior senator from California clearly sees an opening to her real objective: the presidency of the United States. With Biden surprisingly outlasting the other anti-American socialist candidates, Harris recognizes that Biden's age and declining cognitive abilities pose a glorious opportunity to resurrect her presidential ambitions. After all, there is an good chance that the bumbling, incoherent Biden might have to resign or be removed in his first term and his V.P. would succeed him. Even if Biden managed to miraculously finish his first term, it is unlikely that he would or could run for a second.
Harris would love to "back door" her way into the presidency, especially given the fact that her vacuous campaign was an unmitigated disaster, and any future presidential ambitions looked to be a virtual impossibility only a few months ago.
But not so fast. Harris is constitutionally ineligible to be VPOTUS (12th Amendment) or POTUS (Article 2). She is not — nor can she ever be — a natural born citizen, the highest standard of citizenship mandated by the Constitution for the president and commander-in-chief. The Founding Fathers wanted a higher standard of citizenship for the POTUS because they did not want any competing allegiances with foreign governments.
Harris was born in Oakland, California on October 20, 1964, to an Indian citizen mother and a Jamaican citizen father. Thus, Harris is a native-born American citizen, or a citizen pursuant to what I refer to as the anchor baby provision of the 14th Amendment.

NBC requires two citizen parents. It’s no more complex than that.
A person with two citizen parents is born in allegiance to their country and no other.
A person with only one citizen parent simply isn’t even if they were born on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial while the Marine Band played the stars and strips and the whole country wept from joy at their birth.
Of course being born when neither parent was a citizen is right out, the 14th did not change the nature of who is a NBC.

The narrative across the board right now at countless Media web sites of various sizes is that if you say “she’s not eligible to be president” you are racist. It’s almost exactly the same message being said all over. They are really organized. Here is a typical example:

Joe’s VP pick is by Jamaican law a Jamaican citizen. That could lead to some interesting entanglements with Jamaica.
Actually, the evidence is strong ... people are just lovers of lawlessness and have been cheering it ever since FDR kicked the Constitution to the curb.
It was a well-understood term in the 1800s, and it means anyone who is born a citizen. There are only two ways to be a citizen - birth and naturalization. If you are a citizen, and were not naturalized, you can legally become President.
Regardless, the only folks who even REMOTELY care about this issue will oppose her and Biden on a thousand other issues as well.
Wrong, “born a citizen” was rejected as insufficient.
They used natural born citizen to exclude anyone born with more than ONE nationality.
One is only NATURALLY a citizen when one cannot be anything else.

No I won’t. This is an Article III matter COMPLETELY within the jurisdiction of SCOTUS to adjudicate. Given the ADDED danger of globalist impulses, I and others who share my opinion will not cease expressing our legitimate concerns and 1st amendment constitutional right to pressure competent authority to get the coward-ass SCOTUS to address this issue for the first time, and settle it IAW the original intent of the framers.
As Justice Clarence Thomas told Rep Jose Serrano in a House of Reps. Committee hearing, “We are avoiding that issue.”
Justice Thomas is, once again, the voice of truth. And the Supreme Court will continue to do this. The practical result will be that if she appears on the ballot, she will be, de facto, eligible. Say hello to President Harris.
