Seems some nurse wrote a while back that ‘resting comfortably’ was medical speak for palliative care or being unconscious and painfree through major medication.
Stent for a bile duct is related to her pancreatic metastasize, this is extremely serious. She will not make it to the first of the year. She likely will not make it to the 1st Monday of October when the next SCOTUS starts.
Yeah, she should go home the next day. What else are they doing to her?
Maybe IV fluids to buy her another week.
To monitor her for safety reasons. I’m young, but my numerous health issues get me kept under observation more than once.
I’ve had my bike duct dilated, due to a medication narrowing it. Talk about ungodly heartburn.
... Bile. -sigh-
Auto-correct.
Yeah, she’s in her last days and trying to stay alive until Mid January...or later.
I don’t think she’ll be alive for more than a few more weeks. It’s amazing they’ve managed to keep her alive this long.
She’s a committed commie, you got to give ‘er that.
I’m pretty sure replacing a bile duct stent is a surgical procedure, CNN sucks.
She’s at Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center? Her bi-weekly chemotherapy will only delay the end by 1-2 months. She will not be long for this world; a few weeks to a few months.
Have they sewn her head on Rosie Greer?
The second was not putting in term limits for reps.
It must be a little disconcerting knowing that a large population of the country would be quite happy for you to croak. Go toward the light Ruth...
Com'on Ruthie, get your full 20 minutes and be done with it.
The only reason I clicked on this thread is because I could Sears the Headline read: Ginsburg Resting Comfortably In Funeral Home.
That commitment is a really powerful driving force.
Yes I favor a non retroactive age limit for jurists, senators and congressmen. 70.
Come on, she’s toast.
70 tops. Retirement benefits should be 2% per year of service, max.
