Follow the administrative procedure that the Supreme Court specified for ending DACA.
We are only removing the worst criminals, we have to remove many, many more. Removals are down to less than 300,000 a year when we have 30+ million illegal aliens.

The SCOTUS ruling on DACA is merely procedural. IT can easily be overcome. DACA was created by executive fiat and can be undone by one. To not allow it at all is obvious judicial tyranny. If they give Trump a hard time when he plays their game on offering a rationale foe ending it, then he need only ignore them and see if the legislative branch is really willing to impeach him over such a move. They will not have the stomach for a 2nd impeachment trial.
So, in short. I expect Trump not to betray us and to fight. That’s what we elected him to do. I’ve heard many people on FR muster Lincoln’s quote about US grant when speaking of Trump, namely “I cannot spare this man. He fights.” I’m seeing the exact opposite here. He looks like more like Joe Hooker.

Trump NEVER promised to deport any DACA kids - except dangerous criminals.
Seems like that was all a show for his base. Why waste time and taxpayer money taking this to the SC just to turn around and allow them to stay anyway?
Now he has the power to write laws himself because of that decision? Do we really want any President having that much power?

Again, you're not going to remove all illegals, especially their kids. Even Tom Tancredo acknowledged this, and he was the Founding Father of the immigration reform movement in the 2000s. He supported guest-worker programs as well.
I'll wait and see what Trump does. But calling Trump in favor of amnesty is disingenuous. He was calling for a path to citizenship for DACA kids way back in 2016, so it's not like he became a turncoat.
So if Trump manages to get elected this time the GOP is done.

I’ll concede that everything you’ve said is true. But the problem is that some issues need to be REVERSED, not merely SLOWED DOWN. This is one of Reagan’s few faults. Think about it: Despite having Ronald Reagan, look at where our country is today. There are cultural shifts in the country that do not bode well if they continue. Over-Immigration and Illegal Immigration are huge contributors. We elected Trump to put a stop to this, not merely extend the expiration date of this nation.
