Maybe the 4 Democrat justices plus Roberts are counting on Biden to win so they figure that as of next year the federal government will be on board with sanctuary cities and open borders (as long as the illegal immigrants wear masks while crossing the border).
Right - so many people think the Supreme Court are constitutionalists. They are a small minority.

Considering the Supreme Court refused the case and the 9th circuit says the Law is OK by them, NOTHING PREVENTS the Administration from CRIMINALLY CHARGING the Elected Officials for Human Smuggling. FORCE them to Defend themselves in Criminal Court, all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary.

Weird. Under Obama the courts said all power in the federal government, and under Trump the states and local governments retain control. No double standard here at all.
