Nicholas Soames, who served as a Tory MP for almost 30 years, has hit out at the police response to the anti-racist protests that took place across the UK this weekend. Responding to a Tweet by Home Secretary Priti Patel, where she wished a police officer who was injured in the demonstrations a speedy recovery, Mr Soames urged her to "get a grip" on the situation. He also indicated his astonishment and sadness that a statue of his grandfather, Sir Winston Churchill, was defaced during the protests.

This uprising damaging property etc. has clearly gotten out of hand whereever it’s raising it’s head. It’s all predominately led and attended by students who enjoy attending protests and marches because they know they’ll all show up to just be there among their peers....especially if the media shows up.

It just show the ignorance of people and how history has been neglected in the schools. Or if taught, taught through the lens of grievance, where anything a white old man does is racist. Shame on England, where much of our civilization and principles of law and politics come from.

This protest crap reminds me of the student protests in Japan in the 60s. They went on till the government finally had enough and put them down. Unfortunately now we have a government which is loaded with lefties so expecting the government to put down VIOLENT protests becomes less likely here. The more the delay, the more violent they will become. Good luck putting the genie back in the bottle.

If you go to the BLM website, you’ll see they are Marxist to the core. They reject the Western standard of what a family should consist of - Father, Mother, children.
There is no hierarchy structure except a “leader/warlord” type. The ‘village’ (idiocy) raises children and men can procreate with 100 wives if they want. They have the jungle mentality to put it bluntly. Totally against God!

What I do see is they want “more” of whatever it is each believes needs to happen. Be it More police protection in their neighborhoods, or dismantling the one they have or both..... The issue loudest spoken is they're not happy with how they are treated when confronted for their crimes.....but that's a two sided issue they can't seem to understand. Perhaps they just don't want to see their own part in the equation.
All these side line issues of schools, more funding, etc...are just the same issues they fight with those black and white leaders governing their cities. And those are local issues.
They are just like the Taliban that blew up the ancient Bhuda statues. No difference.

Amen, George. Every person in a position to eradicate racism among the police in Minneapolis is a demonicRAT. But who gets the blame? Everybody else. I haven’t heard one person ask a single City Council member or the Mayor of Minneapolis what they did to eradicate racism from their police force. By their own admission, they knew racism existed. Now, all of a sudden, they have the answers?
