Sen. Bernie Sanders dismissed the possibility that he and fellow 2020 Democrat Joe Biden could team up for a unity ticket to take on President Trump.
“Is it 100% impossible to imagine a unity ticket, despite your differences,” MSNBC host Rachel Maddow asked Sanders on Wednesday.
“You mean two old white guys on the ticket?” Sanders said. “Probably not. I think the American people don’t want — one old white guy is probably one too many for some.”
A slew of Democratic presidential candidates have dropped out of the race in the last week, leaving Biden and Sanders as the only two viable candidates for the nomination. After losing ten Super Tuesday states to Biden, socialist Sanders criticized his more moderate rival for being ”heavily supported by the corporate establishment."
"What this campaign, I think, is increasingly about is, which side are you on?" Sanders said. "Does anyone seriously believe that a president backed by the corporate world is going to bring about the changes in this country that working families and the middle class and lower-income people desperately need?"

After that loss, the Democrat Party masters, and their stooges in Fake News” are going to beat the “Biden is inevitable Sanders needs to get out so we can beat Trump” noise is going to be unstoppable.
As Mark Steyn said “Sanders is a Ben and Jerry revolutionary. He lacks the killer instinct to make a fight of this”.

From now on, all debate provisions, from venues, rules, moderators, audience member selection, subject matter, and method of moderating will be processed with one, and only one goal in mind: To make Joe Biden more “presidential” than Bernie Sanders. It’s real easy to envision: Just think of Bernie in a MAGA hat.

I an see your point but he has worked too hard for some ulterior accomplishment.
Bernie is the only Democrat candidate with to the bone conviction. His whole life is dedicated to transforming America to a socialist nation. Losing may in fact take away his vigor and his life. His being is gone.
What should be concerning to those who think they are pulling strings is strings that become unattached. They pull Bernie strings and all they get is nothing. The attachment is broken
