Since an aberration exists in that the Dems want to allocate $6-8 billion for the coronavirus, one wonders why?

If Trump can now withhold aid to sanctuary cities, counties and states per court ruling, are they withholding ALL aid to fight corona until they get rules passed that replaces the gravy train they lost from the sanctuary court ruling?

That way, if it turned out to be nothing, they could come out in full force to condemn him for being xenophobic, and if it did what it’s doing now, they could do the claim he did too little, too late w/o it conflicting so closely with the initial protests.
