Amazon employees in Seattle don't load boxes. That's done in warehouses in various locations, e.g. on route 81 here in Virginia.

Face masks (N95, N99) work. That's why doctors need them . The government just thinks it is more important to preserve the masks for themselves than the public. They also the think the public is too stupid to use them correctly, and many probably are.
If face masks don’t work, then why are health professionals wearing them?
