Posting this as a VANITY but hoping some media folks here pick it up. Amazing:
SBA @SBANYPD Mayor DeBlasio, the members of the NYPD are declaring war on you! We do not respect you, DO NOT visit us in hospitals. You sold the NYPD to the vile creatures, the 1% who hate cops but vote for you. NYPD cops have been assassinated because of you. This isnt over, Game on!
And this:
SBA
@SBANYPD
President Trump is 100% correct. NYS & NYC need the support of the Department of Justice. Criminals are being released, its time we prosecute in Federal Court. The Mayor is ruining NYC, cops have been stopped from doing their jobs. NYC is under siege. Send in the Feds
I look forward to watching this unfold.
After last week, I don’t know how much more good news I can take ...
Naaaahhhh ...
Sorry, but that's B.S. The Feds can't prosecute anyone for state crimes. And those mutants who are being released under New York's idiotic bail laws are not being charged with any Federal crimes.
I have a better idea for the police in New York City: STOP ARRESTING PEOPLE. If they're just going to be out on the streets within hours anyway, then don't waste your time. Spend your entire shift searching for perps at your favorite bar or pizza joint, and collect your paycheck for doing the job the way your city obviously wants you to do it.
Good!
Seems to me the NYPD has been in this place with Dibaso before.....not sure they can really do anything aout it but petition the public as they’re who voted for this jerk.
I don’t purport to speak for the NYPD Union, but I was an Illinois State Policeman who worked in Chicago and Cook County. Frequently, when we busted convicted felons who were also in violation of federal gun laws, (particularly purchase and possession violations) among the FIRST charges that were dismissed would be both the Federal and State gun law charges as part of a plea deal. It was one of the the maddening and consistent regularities that convinced me of the uselessness of gun laws against violent and major felons.
I hope that is what was meant in the tweet. That was one of the biggest problems that I saw in the criminal justice system.
DeBlasio is going to end up sleeping in the bed he’s made for himself.
DeBlasio is the number one criminal in the city.
pingo, Gringo.
Unfortunately, that is not the case. All that is needed is to throw a hate crime or civil rights violation on it and it goes right to federal court. Again, not that I agree. Personally, I believe ‘hate crime’ is unconstitutional.
Among some ideas are:
“ Suddenly the mayor’s detail starts getting the blue flu
* He and his movements start getting fixed
* Invite Trump in NYC to address the rank and file.
* Have Trump mention that any cop shooting is subject to presidential pardon upon DOJ review.
Just my $0.02
vote the guy out. problem solved

Ive been pointing this up for a decade. Slap these gang banging jerkoffs under the Federal system and crime in Chicago would plummet almost overnight.
L
what would be truly effective is for the cops to start an ad campaign...”Do Not Visit NYC” while Warren is mayor..
And many of them still migrate SE, where they get caught again with drugs and guns and Hoosiers are left to feed, house and clothe them for the next 20-30 years
Our local judges don’t look too kindly on those past and present charges when they throw the book
Yes! Good!
