Disturbing images of Wuhan residents dropping unresponsive to the floor have emerged on Instagram following the diseased Chinese city's coronavirus lockdown.
Wuhan has been branded a “zombieland” by frantic locals after Chinese authorities told residents they are not allowed to leave yesterday morning.

I don’t believe these are true. People don’t drop dead from the flu (any flu) just walking along the street.

In a city the size of Wuhan, I’d imagine scores of people drop dead every day, mostly heart attacks or strokes. The death rate of this virus, based on reported cases and resulting deaths, is still fairly low.
WEBMD reports this about this flu season in the US :
“ The agency estimates there have been at least 13 million flu illnesses, 120,000 hospitalizations and 6,600 deaths from flu so far this season. That includes 39 children who have died from flu. ”
During the flu pandemic of 1918 people would wake up feeling fine and then keel over and die in the street on their way to work.
They did from the Spanish Flu in 1918. And it mainly attacked young healthy people.
I hat to break it to you, but you see dead people in th streets every day in that part of the world..
It happened during the Spanish flu, it really did. The year my mother was born. People symptom-free in the morning; dead before dinner. Once the aveoli get clogged and stop functioning, it doesn’t take long. This is not an influenza, it is a corona virus, but the effects of the resulting viral pneumonia appear to be the same. See my other comment on the NAC supplement to keep the lungs functional for as long as possible.
There are 800+ CONFIRMED cases of this virus so far. SARs only infected 8000 worldwide - and this thing has no vaccine and won’t have one for at least 12 months. Just sayin ...
