Exactly...

Harpers ferry was an act of a band of men not controlled by the state. Ft Sumter was an act of war.
Post 21 was mine and the link was to a prior post of mine on FR. The prior post was to a thread referencing The Arizona Conservative:
https://azconservative.org/2019/12/21/ag-says-2nd-amendment-sanctuaries-illegal
The Arizona Conservative described Herring’s words as coming from an advisory opinion he had issued.
I have no reason to doubt the Arizona Conservative but in this era we must always ALWAYS be extra careful to believe that what we read on the internet is fact based in truth.
Which was then part of Virginia.

Pennsy will help as well.
Even though we have a assh*le democrat governor and AG as well, this state is a Gun State and despite their best efforts it will REMAIN a Gun State.
Yesterday we had 219 background checks where I work.
We haven’t had a day under 160 since election day.
They are playing with fire.
If people start dying, and it triggers a civil war... Yes
The way this is going to be enforced by the Governor is through state funding provided to localities, and most particularly, to fund a portion of each localitys compensation costs for the elected Sheriff and his deputies.
Barr should file federal charges of civil rights violations against the AG, and any other entity involved in this.
That would put a dent in their plans.
Dont these clowns know how many active and former military live in that state?
So I reckon all’a y’all are gonna be stompin’ back and forth through Maryland, again?

The Founders were shooting by this time.
And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.
This will not happen here.
"Any Constitutional Rights and Protections are null and void if those people whose rights are being violated are..." UNWILLING TO FIGHT FOR THEM!
You’re in!
I might temporarily move down from PA and rent an apartment, for this one.
