AG Says 2nd Amendment Sanctuaries Illegal

> The choice of where one prefers to live is a fundamental human right that supersedes any laws impeding this right. In contrast, the desire to own firearms is not a broadly recognized human right.
This is the Attorney General of Virginia? Is this real? If it is, its beyond bizarre.
Tell that to the Southern States who were invaded not once - but - twice by Federal troops in order to enforce Federal “law.”
Any Constitutional Rights and Protections are null and void if those people whose rights are being violated are White males and/or Christian. That’s the reality of America today.
Not only ignoring but going against the will of the people is a good way to bring about the next civil war. This heavy handed edict clearly demonstrates why there is even a need for the 2nd Amendment.
“...I would bet VA would get many helpers coming to their aid as well....”
Count on it.
Also - POTUS said over and over he will protect the Second Amendment. Here’s the litmus test. Virginia is Ground Zero.
How about this:
Mr. Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring, if those new state partisan gun control laws violate my rights as spelled out in the Bill of Rights, I have duty to oppose them and you.
See you in the Supreme Court!
I wonder how many ‘sanctuary’ cities for illegals there are in Virginia and if he considers those ‘illegal’ as well... (rhetorical)
Worth a bump
The Virginia ‘RATs now want to use the Virginia National Guard to enforce their unconstitutional “gun laws.” It looks like the President of the United States is going to have to respond by sending in the U.S. military to defend the rights of Americans living in Virginia. I’m stocking up on popcorn.
It seems to me, and it’s only imho, that we are quickly moving beyond the court system...
This past week, the democRATs voted to declare war on the American Citizen with their bullschiff “impeacment” vote. Make no mistake about this. In the process of telling US that our vote does not matter, they also wiped their keisters with our Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
If this isn’t a call to arms, I don’t know what it is going to take,
He said or was quoted (I don’t know if true, haven’t confirmed) that every human being has a fundamental right to live where they choose.
Then he allegedly went on to be quoted to say that owning a gun is not a fundamental right.
Northam and Herring honestly sound so damn asshurt that people are defying them. Like petty tyrants.
So far, the Supremes have been pretty solid in the defense of the 2nd Amend.
It is when or if that changes that we’re done with the courts. I think Virginia will be the case that decides it all. No kicking the can down the road on this with so many disagreeing with the democrat government there.
But who knows?
Has this idiot looked at his own state flag recently? There’s a motto on there that seems relevant to the discussion. There is even a picture in case they can’t work out the Latin.
Most of Virginia to the state AG: not here.
Uh shoot him. That’s the correct response. These people don’t own us. Screw them. Civil war seems certain this point. There are two Nations in this country and pretend land needs to go
People to Ag, GFY and die a cowards death
Sadly, the latter is the case.
I think that quote is referenced in post 21...with the source cited
