Hoosier-Daddy’s strategies are the most salient. Don’t get into it with your neighbor LEOs, if they are clean and pro 2nd A,un co-opted, and Oathkeepers, (that is, IF they are not in the pay of the Soros/Charlottesville numbnuts), or the VA nat. guard.

Realize that the fedgov Lefties (such as now reside in Culpeper, will have infiltrators in your midst (holdovers in the field, who liked what was happening with fibbie abuse of our courts and liked, frankly- Fast & Furious- the BATFE puritan looneys. They would be targeting, for instance the deputized citizens ,for the malignant fedgov types to come after. The western version of this occurred under obamaumao— the Finicum assassination/Range wars jointly conducted with FBI and State Troopers.

Full legal onslaught, in keeping and citing VA history and Tradition behind it, forthright non threatening and BRILLIANT inarguable shutdown of illegal VA governor/Legislature actions is the best— while doing all of the above contemporaneously. Next, stop sending revenue to Richmond— see how that gets their cookies (activists in Co govts can “non-transmit” from their unique coffers).

Well... they have to pass it first then it would come into effect July 1st. Last July first he made a bunch of law abiding people criminals as well. This caused by pushing the age of tobacco to 21 with out a grandfather clause.

In most localities, the person making the decision not to send money to Richmond would be the locally elected Treasurer. You might find them less willing to defy State initiatives than most elected sheriffs. I believe withholding state funds is most likely be criminal.

Also, state money pays for the bulk of most local School Board budgets. It is not apparent to me that the localities would win with what you suggest.

Not all Soros. In previous campaigns, Steyer was a big player.

Is there a Ft. Sumter in VA? Will there be another shot fired heard ‘round the world?

That was Concord or Lexington. not Ft. Sumter...

Wrong war and time frame....

I can attest there are NC boys getting ready, many have pledged to go on leave of absence from their work to help Virginians. The ones I have spoken to are young, former military with 4-8 years average service, all combat vets.

Yeah, that definitely won’t happen.

Throw-in retired mililtary and the numbers on our side dwarf the gun grabbers.

I bet the increase I've seen in my area are former NY'ers and supporters of the second amendment who were chased out of NYS by Cuomo.

I've seen about 6 or 7 since around Thanksgiving. They are probably back here for the holidays visiting family.

“I imagine the only counties which haven’t done so are the cluster of counties closest to DC.”

They’re actually a bit spread out.
Albemarle county is one that voted down a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary resolution. Albemarle has plenty of northern money. Yankees that came south for the cheaper homes, lower taxes and laid back life but brought their northern politics with them. Charlottesville is also in Albemarle county and the college skews the young vote left.

The county of Roanoke voted yes on 2A Sanctuary status but the city of Roanoke voted no. Salem, also in Roanoke county, has yet to vote.

VCDL has the map and county/city breakdown.

They haven’t passed anything yet.
There is still the possibility that enough Democrats get cold feet in the face of this opposition.
Whatever they do pass would go into effect July 1.
