so my question about this supposedly stolen “healthcare plan” is was this like a REAL healthcare plan with dozens or hundreds of pages of implementation details, or was it a just a couple of talking points that were “stolen”?

Funny about “torn my ears off” as this was a common practice to do criminals just before hanging them. In Biblical times. The Purim Jewish holiday cookies called “Hamantaschen” are supposed to be Haman’s ears (although some say his hat or his pockets-—three theories. Really was supposed to be ears before he was hanged.)
