Seems to me, that not that long ago, the boys in the school would have handled this confused lad, and nothing more would be said on the matter.
That will get the picture taker arrested and convicted as a child pornographer and on the sex offender registry.
That was before cameras were everywhere and zero tolerance/blame everyone in an incident became a thing.
Men are dressing as women and demanding access to locker rooms and bathrooms. You can’t blame women for that.
