It didn’t take long for Batwoman to show up on our radars again. The CW show already started off bland and annoying, and now it’s back for more. Given our social justice warrior lead, it only makes sense to make a Trump stand-in the bad guy.
The October 20 episode “Down Down Down” introduces us to a new character named Tommy Elliot (Gabriel Mann). An old friend of Bruce Wayne/Batman’s, Tommy is a wealthy real estate tycoon known for putting up large walls to protect the elite neighborhoods in the city to “make Gotham safe again.” As the obvious Trump allusion indicates, he is our villain for the week.
Sure enough, he secretly steals a super-weapon from Wayne Technologies, one that’s strong enough to take on Batman’s suit. At one point, Tommy discovered Batman’s secret identity and subsequently grew to resent both Bruce and Batman. With news of Batman resurfacing in Gotham (Batwoman is still wearing Batman's suit), he now wants to take his vengeance on both. In fact, he threatens scores of people to our hero Kate (Ruby Rose) in order to get an audience with the “Batman” who returned to Gotham City.

Actually, in real life a lot of elite neighborhoods ARE protected by walls, gates, and security guards, and many of these communities are primarily inhabited by progressive Democrats. Once again, we see leftist projection at work.
Ditto. The CW shows started off pretty good, but as with nearly everything these days it has all transitioned to spewing left mantras with minimal real entertainment.
I still occasionally catch the Flash and Legends and will probably watch the upcoming Crisis shows just to see how they treat the material, but they definitely aren’t part of my routine anymore.
These people are so tiresome.
The economy is booming, crime is going down, laws are being enforced, corruption is being rooted out, soldiers are coming home, patriotism is on the upswing.
And the man responsible for it all is now characterized as a villain.
Ruby Rose is hot. I have nothing else to add.
CW’s DC “superhero” programs are little more than propaganda like most of TV these days....
OF course the Comic books are just about as bad these days too.

Beto loves this movie and that’s all you have to know.
THey better hurry and get their message out. If their ratings count for anything it won’t make it to a second season...even on the CW.
I lasted about twenty minutes into the first episode. Pure unadulterated garbage. Not only did I know it would eventually go this route, making Batwoman gay, to start with, its so badly acted and directed that it is literally unwatchable.
Yvonne Craig as Bat Girl was much better.

With all the martial arts training in the world, a physically fit men would hurt her without really trying. May as well have a 12 YO girl as a superhero. Is she what? 5 foot nothing, 105 lbs? The average auntee fah male could throw her around like his baton, if he wasn’t hiding behind her.
