Even Democrats arent overly thrilled about their partys presidential debates so far, but one-in-five whove followed the debates say theyve switched candidates since they began.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 79% of Likely Democratic Voters have closely followed the debates among the Democratic presidential candidates, with 43% who have followed Very Closely. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
Among Democrats who have followed the debates, 53% still favor the candidate they liked before the debates. But 19% have switched their support to another candidate because of the debates. Twenty-eight percent (28%) remain undecided.
Only 42% of Democrats, however, think their partys debates have done a good job of narrowing the field to the best candidates. Nearly as many (40%) say they have not done a good job. Eighteen percent (18%) are not sure.
The survey of 1,000 Likely Voters was conducted on October 13-14, 2019 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, LLC. See methodology.
Just after the last debate in mid-September, former Vice President Joe Biden remained comfortably ahead in the race to be the next Democratic presidential nominee. But Biden has been hard hit since then over his son's and his own international lobbying activities. Rasmussen Reports will update its Democratic race findings after tonight's debate.
...
Perhaps most significantly, just 20% of voters not affiliated with either major party think the debates so far have done a good job narrowing the field. Sixty-two percent (62%) of these voters have been closely following the debates, including 22% who have been following Very Closely.

YAY!!
I know exactly how DemocRAT voters feel.
In 2008 with the primary that shoved McCain down our throats, and then 2012 that gave us Romney, I felt the same.
Except they have multiples of the same.
But, they'll still vote RAT. RATs I know could have the choices of Hitler, Stalin and Mao and they would still vote RAT.
These people are half nuts and half stupid. Or, maybe 60% nuts and 40% stupid.
Or 40% nuts and 60% stupid. Or..
Then there’s this twist to the RATS nomination plot.

And how many Democrats have quietly switched to Trump?
There is no sugar coating how sucky our elections are when we get 10 RINOs running for POTUS and not a single conservative among them.
Hey, if they nominate someone they dis like, no problem, they’ll call for a do over. Its the democrat way. If they loose an election, again, demand another do over. OMG they are a party of spoiled children who never grew up.
We’ll find out :)
Stupid people making stupid choices.
You can’t fix stupid.
Typical DemoncRat picking their Presidential Candidates.
That’s Stalin Clause!
No, that’s Stalin Clause!
You’re both wrong, THIS is Stalin Clause!
I felt that way going back to H. W. Bush, who was sabotaging Reagan’s negotiations with Congress on the border and who pushed for the amnesty. He was also making openly globalist statements to the U. N. And was addressing the Bilderbergers and similar groups.
I thought him a really crappy vice president and didn’t want him in the oval office.
Put little pictures on a Dartboard and put on a Blindfold
For years, even ordinary Democrat voters have opposed many of the policies the 2020 numbskulls are now pushing. Transgenders and illegals, seem to be who the Rats are catering to.
Hard to choose one turd over another.
But really, this group has got to be the wackiest ever. I read about the LGBT 4.5 hour extravaganza they held the other night that would have left mw raging!
There is no way I could have watched it without switching my candidate several times in the 4.5 hours! And it would have ended with my rejecting all of them.
Rush was just talking about quid pro joe.
