WASHINGTON In 2016, Erick Erickson could not have been clearer. Donald Trump was a racist and a fascist. It was no wonder, Mr. Erickson wrote, that so many people with swastikas in their Twitter profile pics supported him. I will not vote for Donald Trump. Ever, he insisted, adding his voice to the chorus of Never Trump Republicans.
Last week, Mr. Erickson, a well-known conservative blogger, titled one of his pieces I Support the President. In three years, he had come completely around, a transformation that is a testament to President Trumps remarkable consolidation of support inside the Republican Party. The effort to impeach the president, Mr. Erickson wrote, was a desperate move by people who have never come to terms with him.
Never Trump no more, conservatives have largely resigned themselves to a more accommodating state of mind: Never mind Trump. And their change in attitude helps to mute the much smaller group of conservative voices who remain highly critical of the president and have questioned his conduct.
Glenn Beck, the radio host who once called Mr. Trump an immoral man who is absent decency or dignity, now says that his defeat in 2020 would mark the end of the country as we know it. Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, who so bitterly feuded with the president during the 2016 primaries that Mr. Trump gave out Mr. Grahams cellphone number on national television, declared last week that impeachment was nothing but a political setup.

Pretty sure Ann has hyperthyroidism. It can make people go nuts.
I felt the same way about Eric. I think he goes up and down like Michael Savage. Erickson and Savage are polar opposite in the conservative camp. Both will make comments that will force you to erase the podcast or shut off your radio.
But recently Erickson has been given his own 2 hour show that plays in Athens, GA and I presume other non-Atlanta markets in Georgia.
And I got to admit the guy is a genius when he talks about Georgia State politics. He has tremendous knowledge and shows great insight, so after hearing a few episodes, I want more. And I imagine when he goes on his next Anti-Trumper rant, I’ll shut him off for a while just as I do Savage.
Mr. Graham.........., declared last week that impeachment was nothing but a political setup.

Flimsey Grahamnesty has not changed his stripes.
He has to run for re-election at the same time as the President.
His recent rhetoric is for re-election purposes only.
As soon as he’s re-elected he will be pushing amnesty again.
Oh puh-leez. Airwick is a piece of wet cheese. A dirtbag blog pimp. He was the genesis of NeverTrump.
Plus Airwick peruses this site so FUEE.
Ann Coulter supported Trump in 2016, but then became a sorehead and turned against him because he did not build the wall immediately. I think she has come around more recently because the alternatives to Trump are so much worse.
Over the years I have noted that Ann liked Mitt Romney and Trump but not Ted Cruz or Marco Rubio. I concluded that the only Republicans good enough for her are Yankee Republicans, those from the Northeastern states.
I wonder how we ever came up with that name...
