Hillary Clinton is not running in 2020. She will be recruited, called a reluctant warrior and enter the race as close to the election as possible. This will be to avoid debates, traveling to campaign stops and being listened to. The MSM will once again try to carry her over the finish line.
Before this is done though, I predict Barr and Dunham will demand all contributions from Ukraine that flowed into the Clinton Foundation be audited. That will end her campaign real quick.
