On Monday night President Trump during his New Mexico rally defended Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh in the wake of the latest debunked allegations. President Trump told the massive and enthusiastic crowd that everyone who was involved in the New York Times report about Kavanaugh should resign.
The New York Times on Saturday ran a piece in which former Yale student and Kavanaugh classmate Max Stier claimed that in the 1980s, Kavanaugh had dropped his pants at a college party, prompting others there to grab Kavanaugh’s penis and push it into the hand of a female.
The story, though, omitted one major fact: Friends of the supposed alleged victim told the book authors that she doesn’t remember a thing about the alleged incident.
So The Times put out a correction on Monday.

NYT has no shame. They will circle the wagons and make excuses.

And yet, multiple Democrat presidential candidates, based on this uncorroborated and unverifiable story, took this story as evidence that Kavanaugh should be impeached.
And Kamala Harris used this story, to proclaim that the entire process by which Kavanaugh was evaluated and confirmed, was itself corrupt.
What does it say about the judgement, of these presidential candidates, that an absurd story excerpted from a book soon to be published, is the basis for a rare impeachment proceeding against a judge?
And if they want to revisit the whole Kavanaugh imbroglio, what does it say about liberals and Democrats and the media, that we were told that the ONLY issue that mattered in Kavanaugh’s nomination, was what happened when two teenagers rolled around on a bed for 30 seconds 36 years previously.

I hate to be crude but given the details of this story it needs to be asked:
For this to have been true, just how well hung is Justice Kavanaugh? According to the story, he drops trousers, somebody grabs his johnson and places it in a girls hand.
Does anybody but me see an issue with the logistics of that? Unless the girl was standing chest to chest with Justice Kavanaugh what is described is simply impossible unless he is literally, LITERALLY hung like a water hose.
I’ve been in my share of athletic locker rooms and shower facilities when I was a triathlete. I’ve seen several hundred naked men in such circumstances. I have never seen any man with a tally-wacker long enough have someone do that.
This literally cannot be true unless the judge is in the Guinness Book of Records.
They are not going to pay any attention to his request.

Justice Kavanaugh actually has a good case to sue the NYT for malicious slander or libel because they intentionally omitted known facts which cleared him of all accusations the writers presented as facts.

The balancing act that CANT be pulled off is when they win the primary and either go for the hardcore leftists or the independents.
They need both to win.

It's the accusation that is important, not the facts or veracity of the incident.
Not only is the only witness to come forward a former Clinton ally and defense attorney but he was on opposite sides of the Whitewater investigation against Kavanaugh.
And this attorney didn't not come forward himself but his story was from anonymous sources second-hand.
But the kicker is that, according to her friends, the "victim" herself doesn't even recall the incident and has never testified to such a fact. Might be because this supposedly happened at a drunken dorm party where everyone was drinking heavily.
Without a victim or corroborating witnesses, how did this become a story to begin with?
The answer is that it isn't a story. It is fake news thrown out by the democRATS via the sleazy NY Slimes.
Almost on cue, and before the full details came out pretty much exonerating Kavanaugh, the entire field of democRATic presidential hopefuls claimed Kavanaugh needed to be impeached.
Sounds like an orchestrated set up and followup talking points by the scumbag liberals.
But the damage has already been done because most of the public will only remember that Kavanaugh was accused again by some other gal about an incident that didn't happen almost 4 decades ago.
NY Slimes motto: This is our story, facts be damned.
Rush said that is exactly what it was. It's meant to scare any new Trump picks after Ruth Buzzy croaks that you will be slandered and attacked for as long as it takes.
