Should Elizabeth Warren do the right thing and drop out of the Democratic presidential race, so Bernie Sanders can address Joe Bidens multiple reality issues before taking on President Donald Trump?
Yes, immediately.

“Bernie’s not a Democrat, he’s an independent “
He’s an old school Soviet communist.

Grey Beaver is probably going to win the nomination after Slow Joe goes don’t in flames. I think Biden supporters are more likely to vote for her than Bernie.
While “You can’t make an omelette without breaking eggs” is often attributed to Lenin, the actual Russian expression is “Iyes rubyat, shchepki letyat”, which translates as “To chop down a forest splinters will fly”.
But, given the ignorance of the ‘ink-stained wretches’ at the Chicago Tribune, they probably thought they were being witty by paraphrasing Lenin.
John Kass is smoking the loco weed.
So the RATS should go from supporting the fake communist Indian Stands With A Stick Up Her Butt to the grumpy, crazy old communist who looks old enough to be President Trump’s grandfather?
Yeah, that’s the ticket, RATS! The ticket for you to go into political oblivion in 2020!
Bernie, like Joe, hasn’t a shot against Trump. Old Lizzy does, however.
Alarmingly Bernie has a lot of support among college kids. They really think socialism is the bee’s knee’s.
Then they should be flocking to Cuba.
They have two stock answers to that. The first is :I’m(we’re) fighting to bring change here’’. The second is:”That isn’t true socialism’’.
It would be suicide for the Dems to nominate Bernie. Of course, it’s suicide to nominate Biden, too.
I didn’t realize John Kass wrote this. I usually think of him as moderate or conservative. I suspect he wrote this to stir the pot first, for controversy.
Secondly, he may want the Democrats to lose to Trump and so he encourages them to go to the weaker candidate than Warren.
He’s not dumb. His arguments against Warren and for Sanders a specious, as you said.
Firefox (Quantum 69) on a Mac. Looks fine to me.
I absolutely loathe Warren, but she checks all the boxes. She is a socialist, she isn't dead with old age like Bernie and Biden...AND she is a woman.
At this point, she could walk away with the nomination if both the baby socialists from college and stalwart, centrist Democrats decide to get behind her.
Biden will have a hard time winning over the socialists (not to mention that he is possibly on the verge of senility) and Bernie can never win over the old school Democrats.
I did not know you were multilingual!
John Kass is an unusual reporter at the Chicago Tribune. Hes reasonably conservative, and a very good writer. Not quite sure how he has survived over there. Perhaps, in Chicago fashion, he has the goods on his bosses.
You are correct. He wrote it to stir the pot. He hates everyone of these candidates. Hes not a communist. Hes not a lunatic. He may live in Chicago, but he is still an American.
“Hell, the no-hopers wont get out yet, you think Lizzy is going to quit? She thinks shes got it in the bag once Biden faints dead away during a speech.”
You’ve got it and you’re not exaggerating. After Harris cleaned Biden’s clock in the first debate, I was surprised not to see her move up vs. Warren. Then Gabbard greased Harris in the second debate. Right now there actually needs to be somebody to move up against Biden, something that’s not happening because they keep cancelling each other out. The big chance for Princess Gray Beaver is Biden’s possibly gorking out, a definite possibility in the 50/50 range. If he doesn’t and with the DemonShits’ proportional representation, there’s a good chance they won’t have a candidate from the primaries.

I agree that Sen. Warren won’t drop out this year. She probably knows she’s more likely to win than Sen. Sanders. He probably thinks his 2016 campaign will help his 2020 campaign, but that won’t happen. During my lifetime (52 years), these Democrats ran for president, twice, each: Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, Jerry Brown, Gary Hart, George McGovern, Hubert Humphrey, and George Wallace. None of them became president, so Sanders should know that he’ll lose.
