Dems explicitly vote to condemn 'religious liberty' Claim faithful have used beliefs 'to threaten civil rights'
Democrats, who who famously booed the mention of God in their party platform, now have condemned "religious liberty" and praised the religiously "unaffiliated."
The Washington Examiner reported the Democratic National Committee approved a resolution "taking aim at religious liberty."
At a summer meeting in San Francisco, the DNC adopted a resolution concerning the "nonreligious."
It explains that the the "Religiously Unaffiliated Demographic has tripled in the last two decades, now representing 25 percent of the overall American population and 35 percent of those under the age of 30."
Further, they "overwhelmingly share the Democratic Party's values," with support for same-sex marriage, open borders and more.
And the "nonreligious have often been subjected to unfair bias and exclusion in American society, particularly in the areas of politics and policymaking where assumptions of religiosity have long predominated."

They are cray-cray...
They have no king but Caesar
They are perpetual sinners
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”
If they were honest, they’d propose an Amendment to overturn the First, but they’re not, so they’ll just pretend its not there.
Unless you’re a muzzie or satanist.
Well yeah. Why stop with trying to get rid of just the 2nd amendment?
Well, there ya go. FredocRATS are Godless anti-Christs. Isn’t that what we’ve been saying all along?
The ironic, no twisted, idea being protested here is that the origin of “rights” as the western world knows it comes from Christianity.
Within the next decade, I fully expect the Democrats to overwhelmingly support Satan.
No, why would some bail now and why do folks think whenever dems formally acknowledge what everyone has known FOREVER, that people are gonna jump ship?
Trump is a populist as well as a republican and to be frank I don’t think the next R will win the states he is able to win.
I know we like to think there is this untapped wealth of voters in the D party who “just don’t understand” what the party stands for.
With all due respect, I don’t believe it.
Or even with the cheating, we wouldn’t have lost so many seats last time.
I believe Trump can get up to 55 percent of the vote.
After that, 45 are ENTRENCHED in dem beliefs and we KNOW that the trend in the country is towards godlessness, not towards religion and God.
We know how many groups vote against us and if one need reminding it’s blacks and hispanics and Asians and Jews and now muslims and the under 30 crowd and feminists and just plain old dumb white ####s.
Forgive me for speaking so harshly and I DO think we win next year.
But I do believe Trump is an anomaly. I would love to be wrong.
BTW, you should have SEEN how many times it took me to spell ANOMALY RIGHT!!! :)
I stopped counting at 4!!
Same-sex and open borders. It seems the “religiously unaffiliated” self-destruct at their earliest possible convenience. The trouble is they want to take the rest of us with them.
He’s running as an independent this year.
Thus Dimash and Igor, right? We are so close to the edge.
Whenever “pollsters” ask this question, and I have worked for survey makers in the past, I always tell them that I am an associate pastor of “Our Lady Of The Compassionatee Pachyderm-Reformed Temple, Constantinople Synod.”
And on top of all that, Catholics (of which i am one) go back and forth in our support.
That’s a YUGE percentage of the vote right there.
We have few groups that are absolute supporters of the R president every time.
BOOM-shaka-laka! Somebody buy that man a beer. Our rights come from God. You get rid of God, you get rid of rights. The FredocRATS’ ultimate goal.
NOW the unconstitutional Civil Rights Act of 1964 shows its true colors.
Ever since this and MLK, the word “discrimination” has become a seemingly dirty word. But “discrimination” simply means “freedom to choose”.
The ONLY constitutional prohibition from freedom to choose regarding race is
1) STATES (not individuals) are forbidden to force segregation (14th Amendment, Sec. 1)
2) individuals may not own slaves (13th Amendment, Sec 1).
The deeply flawed and unconstitutional Civil Rights Act of 1964 which stands against freedom must be nullified, ignored, and repealed.
